Figma keep open new tab in browser (again...)

Hi, Figma started to do that thing again where every time you open a project it also opens a figma files tab in chrome… Am I the only one?

Sorry for the trouble! Hmm, we are not aware of this current bug.
To cover some basics, can you make sure your setting is set Preferences > Open Links in Desktop App?

Please, try to restart Figma and refresh your tab. If you are still running into issue, please reach out to the support so they can have a deeper look at it here.

This is weird: I have Figma open with a bunch of tabs in fullscreen mode on macOS Sonoma. When I select another tab, this tab immediately switches/turns to its own fullscreen window. When I then go back to the original window with the other open tabs, same thing happens when I select another tab in this window. Again, the selected tab opens its own window in fullscreen mode. I tried restarting Figma and computer, but that didn’t change anything. This happens only in fullscreen mode and star…
