Hi guys,
can anyone help me to understand the difference? and why sometimes count of instances are bigger than inserts, and sometimes there are more inserts than instances.

Thanks

Instances are the total number of Component Instances being used across all files and teams.

Inserts are the number of times a Component is used and counts as an individual Instance. (so if you have a 100 Instances of the same Component on a file, it only counts as 1 Insert)

Note that Inserts are filtered by (Last Year) on default when you look at Component Statistics of a library.
