I too am having the same problem.
I too encountered this phenomenon last month when I reinstalled my applications after repairing my PC.
I also noticed the same phenomenon in my web browser.
Since it was the same in the web browser, I did not think that reinstalling the application had anything to do with it.
I would like to solve this problem.
