If your bottom toolbar is missing in FigJam, this is the fix that I found:
- Update Chrome (update request in upper right corner)
- Restart the computer

After I completed step 1, it didn’t reappear, but after step 2, it was back.
There are other threads on this issue, but they either don’t offer validated solutions or misunderstand the problem (ie, suggest “show/hide UI,” which applies to the top toolbar/menu rather than the bottom one)
