Arbitrary order of primitive color variables from Library

I’ve recently converted our color styles to variables in a tokens library, but I’m finding today that now the order of the variables in my library isn’t shown correctly in the files referencing that library. It seems to be some arbitrary order that it’s choosing for individual variables, and even some of the variable groups aren’t in the same order as the source library.

Based on how I have it set up in the tokens library, my files should display each color chord from darkest to lightest.

I’m seeing similar issues - subgroups from different groups within my variable collection show up next to each other rather than showing all of one group, then all of another group…
