DEV mode is useful for getting pixel-perfect implementation, but the problem occurs when we try to implement animations, as then developers need to eyeball the animation curves and durations, or record screen and review frame by frame, impacting effectiveness.
It would be very useful to analyse or view animation information so implementation work would be smoother.
