Highlight or inform if a user is being followed

What does it mean if someone is on your file but can’t their see cursor, even with the multiplayer cursor ON. If I switch tabs and follow the person who is on my file, it feels like their following me but I can’t tell if they are or just generally on the file??

typically that means they do have your file open, but they’re inactive or in a different tab. happens to coworkers and I all the time. I can see they’re on the design system but its just open, they aren’t working in there so I wouldn’t see a cursor
