It is a advice for UI3.

I like the “Minimize UI” feature in UI3, cause I am used to use keyboard shortcut so I think neat interface is important.

But I think It can be better, when I try to set a hidden layer visible, I still need to show layers panel, select the layer and un-invisible it. I wish left panel can be more like right panel, when I select a layer, it will show brother and children layers, and auto-hide when I de-select it.
