Does Figma hava a clone stamp tool like Photoshop?

Thank you for reaching out to the community. Figma is a vector-based tool, so you can have access to masks, layer styles, etc and tons of plugins for more advanced bitmap manipulation (filters, effects, etc). Still, we do not currently support destructive bitmap editing like clone stamps or retouch tools at this moment. Hope this give you some clarification!

is there STILL no sort of Cloning option or retouch?

This is not the tool for that.

Fireworks is ages old and it CAN do that. So that argument isn’t awfully strong. Basic raster operations to be done in place are required for the tool’s success.
