Unable to select children layers of instance randomly in DevMode

Please check the record.

Children layers of one instance can be selected, while the other can not. Does anyone know what’s the difference between these components?

    It seems to happen with a group or frame that contains only graphical elements such as lines and shapes. I imagine that it’s to facilitate the exporting of graphical assets, but am wondering how to disable this.
