The design file is still there, but the design draft inside disappeared yesterday, and only the records from seven days ago remain in the historical records and cannot be retrieved. Can you help restore the last version from yesterday?

Hey @stone, thanks for sharing your file link with me!

I took a look and, unfortunately, I can only see versions from seven days ago and don’t see any updates from yesterday. I’m checking in with the team to see if we can retrieve any more recent versions.

Figma autosave is designed to help prevent data loss, though it isn’t a fully-featured backup mode. Sometimes, certain situations can affect how well changes are saved, such as:

  • An unreliable internet connection or unexpected disconnection
  • A crash from Figma, your browser, or operating system
  • Power loss or a browser error that causes a sudden logout from Figma

If any of these happened, let me know, and I’ll continue to check with the team to see what we can recover. Thank you for your patience—I’ll keep you posted!

None of the above has happened these days. The project is currently in the development stage. Please help you and the engineer deal with it ASAP, thank you~

Hey @stone, thanks for confirming this!

Can you please still double check if there are there any other potential files you would have worked in?
It also could be possible offline changes were not synced, but you would have been notified about any network connection discrepancy.

I’ve just created a support ticket on your behalf, so our team can dive deeper into this. Your ticket number is #1161835, for reference.

Typically, our team responds within 24 hours, though sometimes high contact volume can lead to a slight delay. We’ll do our best to get this sorted as quickly as possible—thanks so much for your patience!

Thank you very much for your reply. Due to the urgent progress of the project, it is too late to wait for a very professional solution, so I am already redesigning the solution. Thank you again for your support and the team. 😀

Hi @stone, I’m really sorry to hear about the rush and the lost progress—it’s frustrating to have to recreate work under tight deadlines. I hope the redesign process went smoothly for you, and we’ll be here to support you to make sure this doesn’t happen again. If anything else comes up, don’t hesitate to reach out. Thanks again for your patience, and best of luck with your project! 😊
