Slides templates are empty

After creating a template with 24 slides, I’m unable to see the contents of the slides after clicking the “View template” option or when adding a new slide in a new presentation. Occasionally the contents of the last three slides might appear, but that reset remain empty. The template has been shared with the team.

I can hit the “Add all slides” option and each slide presentation shows up (see left column below) but the “preview” is not working at the moment.

Came here with the same issue. It has been happening for a few weeks now and on a file the entire org uses.

Sorry for the delayed update! Our engineering team just released a fix but we have to need you re-publish the template to fix the issue. Could you try republishing to see if it’s back to normal?

 

If the issue isn’t fixed, you might have to ensure that all the slides have updates (e.g. you can change all of the backgrounds to a different color and then undo, in order to do this). 

 

Please let us know if the issue persists.

Thanks for the quick reply ​@y_toku . I was able to resolve the issue yesterday by republishing my template. I did unpublished it first before pushing a change.
