Removed from team and project folder deleted anonymously
Today, my team and I were removed from the team, and all project folders created by individual team members were lost. This isn’t the first time we’ve faced this issue—similar incidents have occurred previously, and support tickets were raised. However, the files were not recovered.
Now, we are experiencing the same issue again. Neither the owner nor the admin removed us, and none of the files were deleted by us.

@Celine_D We have invested thousands of hours into multiple projects, and losing them without any explanation or resolution is extremely concerning. Despite raising this issue, we have yet to receive any response or guidance.
Can you please address this as a priority? We need a clear explanation and a permanent solution to prevent this from happening again.
Looking forward to your prompt response.
Hey @Ajay_Khadka2 , Sorry to hear this is happening! I checked the backend and saw that your last support tickets were in May, and our support team replied to you. Have you submitted a new support ticket since then? If so, please share your support ticket number here, so we can escalate it internally.
For your information— unfortunately, there is no way to restore a whole project. However, you can restore the files within that project.
Only users with edit permissions on the files themselves can restore them via the Deleted tab in their Drafts folder.. I recommend checking with your colleagues who had access to these files to try to restore them as well. To do this, go to Drafts → Deleted tab, then change the filter from Created by “you" to Created by “anyone". You should be able to locate the files that were in the projects and restore them by right clicking on the files and selecting "Restore".
Make sure to use your Figma email account, include the URLs of the deleted files (you might be able to find the URLs in your web browser's history or past conversations with colleagues for example). This will help our support team to locate your missing files and investigate the root cause of the issue. Thank you!
