Today I received a Figma project that contains a link to a phishing threat.

The link was sent through a coworker's email, It seems like his account was compromised.

The scammer linked a Figma project and emailed it to all his contacts, since we worked together I opened the figma project, and found another link inside of the figma project, that 2nd link contained a phising threat which my antivirus blocked.

This made me think; is there a way to “report” figma projects that pose a security risk to the community? I couldn't find a button to “report project” or something similar. It would be helpful if once identified someone could take those Figma projects down.

Hi @Alaila Fernandez , Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

You can report Figma projects or files that you believe pose a security risk.

Here are the steps:

  1. Open a file and click the question mark icon (?) in the bottom right corner.
  2. Select “Contact support.”
  3. Choose the “Report abuse” option.

You can also report that directly using this link: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=29069632540055

Thank you again for contacting us!

Thanks Junko3!
