Whenever I drop screenshots into my branch file and then merge the branch all my image fills disappear. The frames, groups and images are all still there, but the image itself is not visible and image fills disappear.

Been having this issue still in the last couple of months. Really can’t tell why it only happens to some images, but it can be very frustrating, and leads to the branch feature basically waisting time for me. 😦
This just happened to me. Definitely not fixed!
Another bummer is even if you go back to the branch and copy the asset, it still pastes as blank. So yeah, definitely something pretty funky going on.
I’ve same problem. When I copy frame’s from one Figma file to another (on another account) I’m loosing all images.
I would be grateful if anyone knows a way to do this differently.
Same issue happening in 2024…had to revert back to an older copy, ugh.

Same here. 2 yr after first issue was reported. Simply can’t believe.
Experiencing the same issue. Merged a branch and the images are no longer showing. I see them in the layer but not in the design.
