One Figma file just keep saying that it has unsynced changes. I did everything but it won’t open. The thing is that I can open the same file using any browser app. I’ve faced this kind of issues with big files, but it opened after a few minutes. Have you faced any issue like this? Were you able to solve it?

Note: I’m using Figma Beta

Hey @Samir_PRODATA, thank you for reaching out! It sounds frustrating but let’s try a few steps to troubleshoot and resolve it:

  1. First, ensure your internet connection is stable, as this can sometimes cause syncing issues.
  2. Check if any collaborators might have made offline changes to the file recently. If so, syncing those changes might help.

If the issue persists and you can’t open the file in the Figma Beta app, but it works in a browser, you might need to restore a previous version of the file:

  1. Open the file browser in Figma.
  2. Hold down the following modifier keys while clicking the file:
    • Mac: Shift + Control + Option
    • Windows: Alt + Shift
  3. Select “Restore from version.”
  4. Find the appropriate version and click “Restore.”

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, you might want to try clearing the app’s cache to see if that helps. Let me know how it goes, and I’m happy to assist further!

Thank you. It worked right after I cleared the cache.
