A couple days ago there was a service interruption for single sign-on that led to being kicked off of figma. When the service was restored I signed back in and all my drafts were gone, the projects I added along with the files under that project that were associated with our team are also gone. I have a presentation link that still works so I’m hoping the project is still somewhere, but how do I get access to it again?

Hi @Shane_ANDERSON, Thank you for contacting us. We're sorry to hear you're having this problem.

To allow our support team to thoroughly investigate what occurred, I'll create a support ticket on your behalf. They will then contact you to assist with this matter. You should receive an email confirmation about the new ticket soon. The email subject will likely be similar to “Follow-up from Figma Support.” This email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

For the support ticket, it would be helpful if you could prepare the URLs of the missing projects/files.

Here are a few places you can check for the URL:

  • Your web browser's history
  • Any previous conversations where you might have shared the file with colleagues
  • The 'File > Recently Closed' menu within the desktop app

Thank you again for reaching out.
