I’ve got verification of educational account, however, I cannot upgrade my team. when I try to upgrade my team through pressing the plan changing button it does not show the educational plan option. Can the support team help check the verification status of my account?

The problem is that I ran out of space in my email, so the letter wasn't sent. I freed up some space, but the letter still hasn't arrived. How can I get a link to restore the team again? support hasn't responded to me for 24 hours

Assume you have a component that uses variables for internal spacing (say, to define gaps between objects in an auto layout).If you scale an instance of that component (e.g. with the K command), the scaling works correctly visually but the variable does not “detach” and acts as if it’s still a valid defined variable-driven value vs just a reset scaled value.Here is a component instance that uses a spacing variable named ds-spacing/400, which has a predefined value of 16 for a gap value in an auto layout:When I scale the component larger, (1) the numeric gap value scales up as expected, but (2) the gap value still appears as if it’s a variable in a white box with an outline (or gray box if it’s selected). This happens even though the size no longer maps to the design system value of ds-spacing/400.

Hello!I need help saving a Figma team that I lost access to but was the sole owner of. It has not yet been deleted.I created my original Figma account using my undergraduate school email. The school has since deleted that email and updated it to the alumni version. Mail does not forward between the deleted email and the current. Because the previous version no longer exists and I was signed in with Google, I cannot reset my password or re-enter that account.The account was on an education plan that had long since expired, but I intended to renew it as a personal plan eventually. I don’t know why or how I was signed out, but now I cannot get into the account. Why does the slice tool move everything out of the way instead of sitting on top of what you want to slice? It does this even if I’m on the top frame. Coming from adobe I’m completely lost as to why this functions like this. The goal here is to get half of a section exported. Is there another way to do this?  

Hello. We are looking for a way to create banners at scale in various sizes (ex. 300x250, 250x250, 970x250). The solution right now is that we are using a Component that we copy over all the banners. And that works for one single set. The trouble shows up when we try to have 2 (Master) Components within the same file. Basically Component A (image) drives many banners.But if we copy Component A (image) to become Component B (image), the connects to its associated banners are lost. Can this be done in Figma - directly? Or Buzz? Or using a plugin? Thank you.

When a Figma Make file is published as a template and remixed, images from the original file fail to load in the remixed copy. This makes image-dependent templates unreliable for our team.Is there an officially supported method to include images in a Make template that guarantees they persist through remixes?

I’ve been using a Wacom tablet with Figma for a couple of years now. I use it as my default mouse that also helps me quickly sketch ideas with the Pencil tool. Since the release of the variable width stroke function I have been having some issues with the Pencil tool.I’m going to do my best to explain these issues below. If these should be split into different issues, please let me know if you want me to split these up. English is not my first language so I apologize for any errors.Summary of 3 issuesIssue 1: Selecting a different width profile while using the Pencil tool does not allow me to draw with it. It shows as if it is selected but does not change my actual width profile.Issue 2: Seemingly randomly Figma starts reflecting pen pressure and kind of creates its own width profile while drawing lines.Issue 3: Switching the width profile makes already drawn lines dissapear. Steps to reproduce

I've been setting up a webhook integration to monitor file changes, and I ran into some confusing behavior with the FILE_UPDATED event. I want to use a pen tablet in Figma Design. It basically works out of the box. The `Pencil` tool supports pen pressure, but how can I disable this?I want always to draw with a fixed width (like when I use a mouse). For example, in Photoshop, we can easily disable pen pressure from brush settings.

When you go into figma slides and + create new style you have properties.Select create style and select more options.1. When I click on the dropdown where Inter is display the menu appears normally2. Drag the menu to the side 3. 2 font menus appear, this is like react bug I guess

After updating my password and being notified of new Terms and Conditions, all drafts I created in the last two years have disappeared. The missing drafts are not located in any Teams I belong to. They are not in Trash. I am using a Free (Student) account.  

I noticed while changing text style’s font that by dragging the scroll handle makes the font list disappear until I let go of the mouse button. I’m using Windows app.

Hi, it seems that libraries are not loading. Are there any network issue, or can we make it so that these liraries are cached or are local and you can keep working when offline? The case now is that i can create files, but saving them, changing a name or adding libraries do not seem to be saved or updated. Figma is not workable this way…

Hi, I hope there is a solution to my problem with the new figma site file. I have done many animations there for my prototypes and want to use them in my portfolio in Behance. The only way I know I can link a figma prototype in Behance is by embedding it with an iframe. I know how to do that from a normal figma design file (and it does display correctly) but I can’t seem to find how to do it from a figma site file. If I copy the embed code from a figma site file, the iframe displays the entire project, not only the prototype.I really don’t want to redo all the animations the old fashioned way in a figma design file because this takes way more time and it’s redundant.Can someone please save me? Is there a way not to animate this all over again?
