The Figma is freezing when I preview the prototype ?
When I select the frame and if i either preview or present it figma freezes and I have to close and open the figma again. Sometimes it will unfreeze but still I can't see the preview.

Does this happen with every file you try to preview, or just this one?
A few things worth trying in the meantime:
- Close any other Figma tabs or files you have open, then fully quit and relaunch Figma (in the browser close and reopen the tab and in the desktop app quit completely and reopen).
- Clear your browser or desktop app cache.
- If this file has a lot of pages, images, or deeply nested components, it's worth checking your memory usage via the Main menu > View > Memory usage. High memory usage can sometimes contribute to slowdowns or freezing while working with prototypes.
