Hello, I lost my company email and I need to access the Figma files associated with it, please can you help?

However, when I accessed the platform this morning, I realized that they had completely disappeared.I checked the Drafts, Deleted Items, and Trash folders, but they are all empty, and I couldn't locate the files.I have a critical deadline, as I need to finish this project and deliver it to the client by Friday. We recently created a Figma Organization using our company domain (bnksys.co.kr). Currently, our organization appears to be in a “domain-restricted” mode, where only users with @bnksys.co.kr email addresses can be invited. As a result: * We cannot invite external email accounts (e.g., Gmail), even as viewers or guests.* We also cannot remove the domain because the current admin account belongs to that domain. Our immediate need is to **temporarily invite a personal (external) account** in order to migrate design files from an existing Professional workspace into this Organization. Could you please advise or assist with one of the following options: 1. Temporarily allowing external email invitations (e.g., Gmail) for our Organization, or2. Providing a recommended and safe method to transfer files from a personal account into a domain-restricted Organization Thank you for your support.

I have already published my  library successfully. However, when I click “Export to Figma Make”, I keep receiving an error message and the export does not go through.At the moment, I am not sure what is causing this issue. I would appreciate it if you could help me identify the reason and suggest a solution.

How do I activate the Weavy website through Figma?When I try to activate it through my Figma account, the Weavy website returns an error:https://www.figma.com/blocked.htmlWhat's the problem?

I see a lot of plugins have animated icons. I looked around the forum and saw some old posts that mentioned renaming .gif to .png and uploading it. When I try, it lets me upload it, but in the last step when I hit Publish, it throws an error saying icon image needs to be JPEG or PNG. So does this mean we can no longer assign animated icons to our plugins while some old one can keep them?Any advice is appreciated.

Knowing that currently figma make using React framework to build the applications, is there anyway export it to vue.js ?

Unable to send invite to new users

Hello. I'm having trouble installing Figma for two weeks now. I've tried registering through different browsers, using different VPNs and accounts, but the site only shows a loading screen. Could you please tell me what I can do about this? Sorry for reporting this issue so late.

can’t seem to get my mouse to work correctly, tried different mouse and different computer same issue mouse doesn’t line up and can’t resize images correctly video attached

one day i was working and idk what happened but in the middle of me working the layers tab layout completely changed and its horrible. idk how to make it go back to what it used to look like. can someone help? now instead of saying what the layer is, everything just shows up in these preview boxes. even if its a text layer. it is impossible to navigate. how do i go back to default?

As more subjects are added, the layout starts to feel cluttered and harder to manage.I’m not sure about the best way to structure the inputs — whether to use cards, tables, or simple stacked rows. Hi there!I’m trying to make a new design using Figma’s use-figma skill in Cursor, and it keeps crashing when it runs “Search Design System”.I’m using Claude Sonnet 4.6 medium thinking agent.The same prompt runs just fine in Claude Code, but a lot of my team prefers to work in Cursor.

I am in the early stages of building an AI fragrance recommendation website and wanted to ask if one Figma website design can be used for multiple different businesses, while each business uploads its own separate product catalogue/data. I want the same core website structure, but with different brands using different product sets and recommendations. Is this something Figma supports well in handoff/workflow, or would this need to be rebuilt separately for each business?

Just fix slots! The slot feature doesn’t behave properly when switching variants: around 90–100% of the content from the other variant simply disappears.

I am using Make. Two images on the site do not appear when I publish while all the others do. Figma has burned all my credits running circles around the same potential fixes which are primarily around asset hash. What are the reasons this could be happening so I can help Figma think differently?

Hi.I noticed a bug on figma auto-layout element.Structure : A form ui with a auto-layout frame (size: 520px), with two elements (inputs) inside. One input component (the main component) and another instance of that component (220px for each element, fixed sizes).When i select the main component and set it’s width to fill container (instead of fixed), the sizes keep “flickering” (growing and shrinking infinitely).I think it’s due to the other instance inheriting the fill container, while the other one is resizing..

Our team is noticing that our main design system library is having hundreds of changes flagged in the publishing panel, even after a weekend of not working on the library. The panel shows what’s modified, removed, or added, but isn’t clear what the changes are or what caused them. It’s scary publishing these types of updates because they aren’t coming from our team. Is this something being caused by Figma? How can we feel comfortable publishing so many changes when we weren’t even the ones making them? 

I've received an email with the message “Add more credits to your team" but the team has 3 persons only one of them has reached the 2500 credits. how can I transfer credits from one person in the team to an other person in the team?and in one of the topics it was 3000 credits but in our case it is 2500 credits. Can you also tell me what the correct number is. 

Does anyone know why this games icon is suddenly appearing in my UI and in my admin panel? It’s taking up valuable screen real estate, and making unnecessary cognitive load, and I hate games. I don’t want it here, didn’t ask for it, did not sign up for it, plug it in, or do anything (that I know of) to put it there. Any insight or help to get rid of it, much appreciated.

Hello,We are trying to use a Figma Make prototype for user testing. Unfortunately, it is asking the folks we are testing with to create an account and sign in to view and use the prototype.This is too much friction for a testing session. Is there any way to share Figma Make prototypes with others without the need for them to log in?We’ve set share settings to “Anyone with password”, but they get an error screen after entering the password, unless they log into Figma.  

Hello, I’m reaching out regarding a recurring issue with Figma API rate limits that is currently blocking my work. I’m using a Professional plan. I was working with a third-party integration (Useberry) to sync a prototype. However, the sync was not working from the beginning — the prototype wouldn’t sync at all. After several retry attempts, I received a Figma API rate limit error with a cooldown of over 30 hours. Later, the issue repeated, and now I’m facing another cooldown of around 100 hours, which is still ongoing. The key issue is that:- the sync was already failing before any rate limit was triggered  - repeated cooldowns are now preventing any further work  - I’m unable to proceed with launching a time-sensitive research study   Could you please help clarify:- why the sync might have been failing initially  - why such long cooldowns are being applied
