The new folder colors are too muted and inaccessible. 5 of the 9 colors look identical for colorblind users.. When using color at icons that size, the color should be much more high contrast. Please consider higher contrast options. 

I created an account and paid using my google ID. However i want to change that to use a username/password, as I will be changing my google account soon. Hi,We are launching a website using Figma Sites and would like, if possible, the text in the 'manage cookie preferences' settings modal for cookie consent to be tweaked to be slightly more similar to how we say this elsewhere. Does anyone know whether this text can be adjusted?Thanks 

My account is already verified as an education plan from last year, But now I have to renew my plan, whenever I submit my same document which I submitted last year, So they said its not enough send us more document. I dont know why they are keep rejecting same document from which I get verified last time.

Hello,About 1–2 weeks ago I successfully cancelled my Figma subscription in the app. Afterwards, Figma kept attempting charges through my bank. I tried to cancel my subscription once again, but the page for subscription cancellation would not load in. As a last resort, I deleted my Figma account entirely to make sure it was stopped.Despite this, as soon as I added funds to my bank account, Figma charged me approximately €42 on the 16th of september. This amount doesn't even match my monthly subscription price.I'd like a full refund of this charge and confirmation that no further payment attempts will be made.I've tried your AI support assistant several times, but it keeps running into technical issues. I only re-created an account with the same email address so I could submit this request; it's the email address linked to my original account with this problem.Thank you.

I have purchased a professional seat plan on a whim when i was in the middle of a figma make prompt (which i intended), but the credits ran out immediately from that same prompt. i tried looking if i could buy credits seperately which i can, but i didn’t intended to purchase them. since i thought there would be a confirm purchase screen, so i clicked ok (or whatever the confirm button actually is). when i went back to the prompt page, it automatically continued the prompt it was making and used some of the credits given from the monthly credits. Since i didnt mean to do that, i tried canceling the monthly credits and my seat for next month but it still says im billed for the monthly credits AND “seat updates”. is there a way for Customer Support to help me cancel the billings? 

I feel like I’ve never seen this before today… in short, when using “fill” to define width or height of a frame, I am expecting the width or height to be evenly distributed, but it seems to be changing the width /height based on the padding within the frame.Example: here is an autolayout frame holding 2 freeform frames, both of which are set to width=fill. When I apply autolayout to the red frame, I would expect it to maintain its existing width (95px, defined by it being set to “fill” its parent along with the other frame) and apply whatever it decides the horizontal and vertical padding should be. At least, that’s what I think it’s done for the last 8/9 years…But it doesn’t. It adds the width of the padding to the red frame, meaning the red and blue frames are now unequal widths (in this instance, figma decided the red frame should have 16px padding all round):What this means is, I cannot have equal width frames within an autolayout frame if:Any of them have inconsistent padding Any

Just tried Figma Motion and animations work great when tested on standalone screens. However, there's a noticeable issue when a page transition is triggered via an interaction (e.g. clicking a CTA): the final state of the animation briefly flashes (~0.5s) before snapping back to its initial state and playing. This creates a visible glitch every time you navigate between pages. Hope this gets looked into! Additionally, there seems to be a bug with overlays: animations don't appear to trigger when placed inside an overlay. The animation simply doesn't play.

We currently have an existing Figma Professional Plan and would like to merge it into our existing Organization Plan. Is it possible to migrate all associated assets, including files, projects, folders, team structure, and assigned seats, from the Professional Plan to the Organization Plan without losing data, permissions, version history, or user access? Hello,I need help transferring ownership of three Figma website files to our current account.The previous owner account is no longer accessible because the computer associated with that account is no longer available, and we cannot access the account.These three files are important company website files, and we currently cannot properly manage or publish updates because of the ownership issue.I contacted Figma Support around September 7 and followed up again on September 15, but I have not received a response or a support ticket number.Could a Figma staff member please help escalate this issue to the appropriate Support team?We can provide the URLs of all three Figma files, the old owner account information, and the current account information privately if needed.Thank you.

I’ve been trying to edit some boostrap components to make a website site for a cilent for a few days and have no idea how this works. Why is everyhting in figma so hard? Why do I change so many things and nothing changes? Why do people enjoy using this wird program? Am I just a photoshop dinosaur?

Me and my colleague have both recently experienced the same issue — when exporting frames as png/jpeg, some random images within the frame are cropped and zoomed in, not in a way they appear on the canvas. All images are rectangles with a photo fill set to crop yet only some of them do this when exported. If you copy the frame as png, everything is fine, and the issue persists only when exporting

I have a Figma Make project that, until recently, contained a full React application (a fairly large multi-screen prototype) plus a set of markdown spec docs and planning docs. At some point the entire application appears to have been wiped and replaced with an empty scaffold, and I'm trying to understand what happened and how to recover it.What the project used to contain:src/app/App.tsx (the real root component) a large src/app/components/ tree (many components) src/app/data/ model files a files/ folder of markdown specs a plans/ folder of planning docsWhat it contains now:The live entry point is now src/app/App-5.tsx, which is an empty placeholder that renders an empty centered <div> — so the app loads to a blank screen. Hi Figma Support team, I accidentally added 2 Full seats today while sending invites in our Organization account. I have already revoked the invites / downgraded the users back to Viewers. Since this was an immediate mistake, could you please remove these 2 unused Full seats from our upcoming true-up so they are not included in the projected invoice for November 16? Thank you so much!

I have several Make projects and all work with Github except one. I have checked to see if there’s a “phantom” project floating of the same name, I’ve created a repository on GitHub and tried to connect to it, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, I've revoked and re-granted access to figma in GitHub, nothing seems to allow this one project to make and/or push to an existing repository.
