Hi everyone,I'm currently working on a Figma project for gpadtesterpro.com and have run into an issue with prototype interactions.After making several edits to component variants, some interactions stop responding in Prototype mode even though they still appear to be configured correctly. The issue usually starts after multiple rounds of edits, and the only reliable workaround I've found is recreating the affected components.I've already tried:Refreshing Figma Testing in both the desktop app and browser Duplicating the affected frames Republishing library changes Clearing the browser cacheHas anyone experienced something similar? Is this a known issue with component variants or prototype caching, or is there another troubleshooting step I should try?Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I used Figma Make to apply corrections to one page, and the page became invisible due to code errors I cannot understand.I do not have any AI credits left, so I cannot send another prompt to repair it.I already tried Refresh preview, refreshing the browser, and opening the file with Open with preview disabled, but I still need help recovering the page.

This new bulk edit option is so painful for non designer marketing team memebers to edit on there own. The whole purpose of buzz make it simple for marketing team to edit content on there own. And with now with per frame editing option gone, it has become so difficult for anyone to update content now. Also this new bulk edit feature is too buggy and keeps crashing

Hi, Dear administrators or technical support experts,I had a bad experience when I ask my Figma Make to figure out a database schema of math knowledge point of junior high, actually it turned out to be a big risk for me to challenge Figma Make’s abilities for AI system connection and content offering. Here are the records of what I have met:1. I downloaded the document of knowledge point and translated it into .md format. 2. I fed the .md file to Figma who had convinced me to provide materials.3. Then the terrible experience began, Figma told me it would and could process the .md file and turn the corresponding schema result back quickly, the responses were always confident with missions always failed, again and again. Only with my impatient questioning, would Figma give me a reply, something like “OK, I will do it immediately, it will soon be finished”. And this experience had lasted nearly for 8 hours!4. I’m fairly new to Figma and like it a lot - I was using the free features quite happily and was able to share files in Draft and Team account with other users. I upgraded to Pro so I could use the Figma plugin for ChatGPT - as it had a 6 MCP allowance per day, which is not enough to be productive.  Now I can’t share any file with anyone unless they have a full pro licence, they have to request edit access, and it means I have to approve and foot the bill. So by upgrading I’ve lost functionality I had when it was free, WTF?Have I missed something? I want to cancel it so I can go back to using the platform with the free functions!

Howdy Figma community,Recently our team published two free design resources that have had significant traction in the design community (10K+ views, 6K+ Usages, and 500+ Saves) We recently upgraded from a team to an organization. Even though the files still exist, all of a sudden they've been entirely deleted and removed from our community profile. I'm concerned because clearly the design community is loving and using these resources. Hi all! I’m working with slots for a guide view of upcoming programs for a radio station. My current set up is like this: A radio program component, containing of a thumbnail, a title, an icon and a meta slot. In this meta slot we can change radio DJ, time stamp, add dividers or broadcasters. This component is added as an instance in a slot container.  We’ve made the container a slot, because for some radio stations it’s nice to have up to 6 upcoming shows, but some have less or more. The problem is: whenever I add the slot tot the container, it resets my program instance to the old component without the meta slot, which isn’t in use anymore and has been deleted. It keeps saying it’s connected to my component library, when I click ‘view main’ it does contain the meta slot. But the instance is always without it. When I remove the slot container, the meta slot returns. I find this behavior pretty strange and I don’t get why I can’t have both?  ^ main component using a ‘list slot’ in whic

This feature is not working anymore on MacOS on the newest version 125.6.5 (I have this issue on my Macbook Pro M4 and Mac mini M2). Fortunately, my Windows PC is still working.If anyone has this issue, please help me raise this up to Figma!

i am new to Figma and i just want to build an interesting portfolio website. I use Figma Make from scratch and keep editing until i satisfied. However when I tried to publish the web to see the outcome in browser, it just show the very first version. Yet i could still see properly in the preview panel. Then I kept trying to press update and publish and it’s still not working. Then I remembered a option say clear like cache memory? or something like that in the chat room, i pressed it. then suddenly the preview panel refreshed, and it goes back to the first scratch version. Everything is gone. I tried to restore the previous versions, but it said it couldnt fetch the version. EVERYTHING IS GONE including my AI credits :(

Hi Figma team,I came across what seems to be a reproducible behavior while creating highlights using Inner Shadow.When I create a highlight with an Inner Shadow and then remove the layer's Fill, the Inner Shadow disappears as well. I'm not sure if this is intentional or a bug, so I thought it was worth reporting. I've attached a short video demonstrating the behavior.

Hi My name is Meenal Acharya and for the past 1 hour, I am trying to reupload the edited version of my App design with mock-ups to the community but in vain facing rejection quoting it is the duplicate. In the previously published version, it contains accidentally formed UI design not associated with the subject and want to remove for project submission tomorrow by 4 pm. Kindly help me in re-publishing the refined version. Thanks.

I'm reaching out here to see if a moderator or team member can help escalate a time-sensitive billing ticket before our upcoming renewal. Ticket #2050844 We still haven’t received a response so we are reaching out here to see if we can get urgent help. Yesterday, August 4, we accidentally added 9 seats to this account, realized the error, and removed them immediately. Those 9 users were added to our other active Figma account where they belong. Our upcoming invoice is showing billing adjustments that charge us for these 9 seats on this account, even though they were immediately removed and moved elsewhere. Since these seats were added in error and removed within minutes, we are hoping support can adjust the pending invoice so we aren't charged double across both accounts. If anyone on the support team can help flag or review our ticket before our renewal goes through, that would be great. Hello! I have a file where I keep all my CVs, I’m trying to copy an A4 frame to make a new version, but I keep getting the alert "You are not allowed to copy this file". I gave figma a break for about a week, but the same issue is still persisting. It’s my own file, so I’m not sure why it would suddenly lock me out like this. Any help would be appreciated! Update: it only does this on the web based browser version. The computer app is completely fine. The web based version also won’t let me export anything. 

CMND + OPTN + C and  then CMND + OPTN + V not making desired results (I use it for boldening and coloring particular text just in some on-page notes i make). it happened before latest release, was hoping that update would resolve but no dice. on a Mac running 15.7.7 (pre apple silicon, but to my knowledge this issue should not be caused by that) -can anyone else confirm on newer or same/older mac, running desktop app btw, that the issue is happening for them as well?

Hello figma! :-)I'm unable to publish changes to a shared library file. Clicking "Publish" in the library modal shows the "Assembling components, styles, and variables" dialog, but it never completes. No error message, no toast, no progress indicator at all.I have Owner/can edit access to this file (confirmed in the Share dialog), so this is not a permissions issue. This was working fine for me yesterday.Suspected trigger: The issue started after I published multiple libraries in quick succession then closed the Figma Desktop app shortly after (before confirming the publishes had fully completed because it was stuck). Since reopening, publishing this library no longer works and the action shows no loading/progress feedback of any kind, as if the click isn't registering at the server level.A teammate with can edit access to the same file is able to publish it successfully from their own machine right now, which rules out a permissions or server-wide outage issue and points to something

Looking for an efficient way to do a client presentation for marketing campaigns, multi size emails, social, copy etc that need to be in a presentation form. Slides will not let me change the size, as I need them vertical to house the emails and put 3-4 emails side by side.  

After a couple of versions, the option to “restore this version” is not even showing while clicking the donut menu in Figma make. the only change made on the file is moving it inside a project. a local copy downloaded and re-imported but same issue.

I’ve tried adding a new <meta name="robots" content="index, follow"> tag as high as possible in the Custom Code section, but it’s still ignored by search engines because the noindex tag appears first.This makes Figma Sites unsuitable for any project that requires SEO or public visibility on search engines.Could you please provide a way to: Remove or override the default noindex tag in the <head>; Ensure that published websites are indexable when desired; Clarify whether this is an intentional limitation or a bug? Can Figma Make use the custom fonts available to my organization and team?

Hi guys, I subscribed to figma not because I just wanted to use Figma Make. I thought the AI worked for designs as well, just like https:sleek.design, but unfortunately for me, what is made, can’t be edited on Figma Design. How do I cancel this subscribtion.
