Our Figma Organization was deactivated for non-payment. Invoice E2A4CA25-0015 was paid in full this morning, 17 September 2026, via the Stripe link. Payment shows as confirmed and I have the receipt.Every user, including admins, still sees "You no longer have access to this organization." We've signed out, cleared cookies and retried in incognito with no change.Support ticket already raised: #2136970We're a 130-person agency and this is blocking client delivery today. Can a Figmate escalate the reactivation? Happy to DM the receipt and admin email.

Hi everyone,Has anyone else experienced this?When I apply an Inside stroke to an Auto Layout frame that contains content (for example, a text layer), the frame size increases by the stroke width.For example:36 × 36 → 38 × 38 with a 1px Inside stroke 36 × 36 → 40 × 40 with a 2px Inside strokeI expected the frame dimensions to stay the same because the stroke is set to Inside.I'm using Figma Desktop on macOS.Is this a bug, a recent change in Figma's behavior, or is there a setting I'm missing?Thanks!

Hi,Can I create multiple auto layouts at the same time?I want to put icons next to each other in horizontal auto layouts without having to dig my way through 150 rows manually. Any help would be greatly appreciated :) Thank you

Why is this menu here? Why can’t I close it? If it’s supposted to be there (it’s not), why can’t I move it?I want to work on the icon behind the menu, but after asking a completely useless agent for help I can’t even see the icon.

Hi there,I recently did a credit-up for 2000 credits and there is no way it could have been used up with a couple of iterations on a design. On a standard 3000 credit/month plan I’ve created 2 versions of a website and numerous amounts of versions and now with the top-up, 2000 credits are gone!I’m trying to find detailed credit usage report/view to see how my top-up amounted in using all these credits in a couple of hours of low usage tweaks.My history in the agent chat is also not loading so I cannot scroll up and see what’s going on - just a loader icon on the left hand chat….

When rendering motion to MP4, the resulting video has different quality and colors (it becomes darker) than what's displayed in Figma.For the simplest example, I took a PNG and added keyframes at the beginning and end that don't change anything. Then, in the export, I selected MP4, high quality, and 30 fps. (It shows the file should be approximately 23 MB.)After rendering, the MP4 file is saved as a 300 KB file with poor quality. This happened recently; everything was fine before. How can I fix this?Thanks

I'm reporting an unauthorized billing charge caused by an automatic seat upgrade.On June 2, 2026, I subscribed to the Professional plan with 1 Collab seat on an annual billing cycle (JP¥5,940). After that, my Collab seat was automatically upgraded to a Full seat without any confirmation dialog or explicit consent. I’m seeing two Figma icons side by side in the macOS menu bar:• The icon with a black background opens a Starred / Recent menu.• The white outline icon opens the All notifications panel.My versions are macOS 27.0 (26A428) and Figma 126.8.18. A process check showed only one main Figma app process running.I’m not sure when this started or whether it is related to an update. Is this expected behavior or a known issue? Is there a way to keep just one menu bar icon while retaining access to both sets of features?The three screenshots below show both icons, the black-background icon’s Starred / Recent menu, and the white outline icon’s All notifications panel. How do I get the variable picker to reappear? This was not an issue before. I can only access it for frames that used the variable before but can’t apply size variables anew since the update. Additionally, it feels broken as I can’t click out of the size variable popover like I can do with any other popovers.

Hi! I returned from vacation and noticed that Agent can’t do the simplest work that it did before easily. For example, I asked to populate the table with numbers from screenshot and it couldn’t do it (but it did it multiple times just a couple weeks ago). I tried to ask it to copy some other things from screenshots, but it did only the smallest part of work which make it completely useless for me. So we developed a Figma integration, to let the users use their Figma with our AI.Our sales team are using the same Figma account to give demos (since they don’t have Figma access), so they just use the Figma account that is authenticated with our Figma integration.The problem is even at Full Seat, on our Org account, our rate limit gets hit, and demos are impacted. I’m creating a prototype in Figma and need the native navigation arrows that appear when viewing it on mobile to follow a specific order between the frames (01 → 02 → 03 → 04...). The frames are already named and organized in this order, but the arrows are not following this sequence. Hi all, My team uses Figma Slides for frequent presentations and have recently run into a new issue. The videos on our slides are suddenly very slow to load, if at all. When I go into presenter view the first couple slides are typically fine, but as I go through the presentation they stop working, often being stuck on the first image instead of playing.  It has worked perfectly up until this week, and the issue has affected myself and several colleagues (all of whom have similar presentations, but they are their own distinct files). These presentations are essentially all duplicates with a few changes, and they live in the same team.  I've tried everything suggested online- clearing my cache and browsing data-ensuring the computer storage has ample space-webGL is enabled-the issue is both on the app and browser (a lot of people suggested using browser to solve this, but I have always used the browser instead of the app)- the videos are all directly in the presentation, they aren't comi

The new folder colors are too muted and inaccessible. 5 of the 9 colors look identical for colorblind users.. When using color at icons that size, the color should be much more high contrast. Please consider higher contrast options.
