I cannot find a button “transfer owner role” or something similar on the admin settings. how can I transfer owner role to another user?

Hi Figma team and community,I am trying to use Figma MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration in VS Code, but I’m running into a persistent authentication token creation issue that prevents the connection from working. Problem DescriptionWhen I configure mcp.json like this:"figma": {"type": "http","url": "https://mcp.figma.com/mcp"},and start the server in VS Code, a browser opens to https://www.figma.com/oauth/mcp/... where I click “Agree and Allow Access”. It seems that fails then a window in VS Code shows “You have not yet finished authenticating to 'Figma MCP'. Would you like to try a different way? (URL Handler)”, which I click “yes” and it takes me through the same Figma OAuth Access flow in the browser, and re-opens VS Code. After doing this, the Figma MCP server fails to start and I see the following MCP Output Error messages:[warning] Error getting token from server metadata: Error: Failed to create authentication token[info] Connection state: Error 401 status sending message

I'd like to know if there is any forecast for the release of improvements and new features for Figma Motion? There are many suggestions for improvements here from the community and, for me, the most important thing is the ability to control animations created in motion mode within prototype mode, so that we can truly have interactive animations.

I am unable to publish updates to my plugin, Data Bloom (ID: 1498819492096391210). Every attempt returns the following error message:"We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed."I previously reached out to Figma support regarding this issue, but it remains unresolved. I’m building a prototype using existing components which have hover states, focus states and key pad navigation. I can set the component up and it works perfectly with keyboard navigation, however as soon as it’s in the prototype the keyboard commands stops working.I’m having the same problem with the slots  independently they work but as soon as I put them in the slot they stop working. Does anyone know why it’s doing this?

My paid Professional team is locked and every file is view-only.I am the team owner and only member, with one paid Full seat. Billing shows the previous invoice as Paid, the next invoice is not yet due, and there is no failed or outstanding payment.The exact warning says:“This file is part of a locked team. All of this team’s work is currently view-only. You’ll need to contact your admin to get this work unlocked.”I am the admin. I have signed out and back in, opened the team from a fresh login, refreshed the browser, and reproduced the issue several times. I already submitted screenshots and debug data to Figma Support, but the team remains locked.Has anyone experienced this with an active paid Professional plan? What caused it, and how was the team restored?

When a text box is set to Middle or Bottom vertical alignment, horizontally resizing the text box by dragging its edge causes the text box to behave as though it is Top-aligned. Steps to reproduce:Create a text box with enough lines of text to reflow. Hi there, I was recently trying to login to Weave through Figma, But it returns an error "EMAIL/PASSWORD LOGIN ISN'T AVAILABLE, TRY GOOGLE OR MICROSOFT", and if anybody having same error then let me know. If Any person From TEAM is viewing then please let me know. 

Using variables  I have created a bunch of themes. Inside these themes are differing text styles properties linked to text styles. The limiting issue I have found is, I can’t automate case setting changes per text style, per theme, all of my themes either need to be CAPS, Sentence case or 1 of the other options.(Theres a clunky work around that you can do via components and booleans but it bloats the component library as you have to times the component by X amount of themes,  when a simple variable allocation would fix this issue)Location Text style → Edit text style → Type details → Case Id like a way to be able to toggle automatically this area depending on the theme Im using.Any advice or plans to update this in the future, I’m all ears.  I really liked the new check design tool, but I believe I encountered a problem.When I find a color and try to replace it in side, it doesn't find the colors in my library. My design system is published and normal, it should appear, right?I've already selected it to just base it on my library, but it still doesn't find anything.I also noticed that the colors in the switch menu only appear if I create the color as a variable, but I should use it from the color styles library, right?Would you have to duplicate all colors as variables? it's not so practical if that's the solution. 

Dear Support Team,I'm the admin of ABC Workspace.I recently updated our annual seat count from 5 to 6 and confirmed the change in the system. However, I still only see 5 annual seats.I'm trying to add one more person, but the system is showing that the additional seat will be billed as a monthly subscription instead of being included in the annual plan.I'm not sure how long it takes for the annual seat update to take effect. The system also shows the next payment date as 27 August.My concern is that since our renewal is on 27 August, increasing the annual seat count from 5 to 6 will likely change the invoice amount. I need to inform our Finance team in advance so they can prepare the correct payment.Could you please let me know if there's anything I need to do, or if I just need to wait for the update to be processed? Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue with the icon behavior in my designs, I have the original Icons as components with a set color variable.When using them inside other components (nested) and changing their color variant, everything works perfectly, but then without me touching them they switch to showing the original color of the icon component in the view.the actual variable selected is preserved and correct, so it doesn’t actually like switch back to the original variable, it will say that it’s using icon-black for example, but in the viewport it will be showing icon-blue and even the stroke width variable is not applied while showing the setting is correct.I don’t know if this bug is related to slots, I’ve been using them heavily lately.also just duplicating the component will create a fixed one.sometimes undoing some of the other changes in the page (no one touched the actual component with the issue) it fixes itself.even like deleting it and leaving figma for a minute and then undoi

Hi everyone,I run a content site called Crabguide, https://www.crabguide.com/how-to-clean-hermit-crab-shells/ is one of our pages, and I am planning a small interactive quiz feature for the site (helping readers figure out which shell type or size fits their hermit crab). I am learning basic JS to build it, but I have zero design background and want to sketch the flow out first before writing any code.For someone who has never used Figma, is it overkill to learn proper wireframing/prototyping for a single small feature, or is it worth it just for planning question flow and layout before coding? Hi!I have just deleted my Figma account. I want to re-registration my account back with the same Gmail address before but the text displayed is “Your request has failed” Are there any effort that can be done from the teams to fix and unblock this? Anyone have found a workaround with the interaction “draggable” blocking the click behaviour of a card? I’m building a prototype and I’d need to have both of the behaviours, a card that is draggable on long press/drag/release and a that take you to the connected link when pressed with a normal click. I tried also a bunch of prompts in the Code Layers but nothing seems to solve it. Any idea?

the controls for modifiying the easing curve (the two nobes ) is to fiddly to use when you want precisionthe working area is to small making it difficult to fine tune the easing forcing you to make big changes when u want to fine tune it adding a key press to decrease the distance moved when draging with mouse might help with fine tuning the easing(giving 2 resolution to edit the easing : normal draging with mouse and dragging with mouse while having a key pressed) 

I’ve created over 100 artboards in Figma and want to create a PDF from them. After exporting the file, I found that it’s quite large in size. How can I effectively reduce the file size? Compressing the PDF with online tool (ilovepdf) only seems to decrease the size by about a third, and it’s still around 10MB. I can’t export it as an image also. Any help and explanation why it’s so heavy will be appreciate!

I currently use an educational plan, i graduated from prev uni and now am enrolled at another uni. Is there any way i can update my education plan with a new uni email so that i can keep on using my current acc as a student?

Does anyone know how to fix this?There haven't been any changes to the library (DS), and this issue has just appeared yesterdey 5 August. Everything was running smoothly before.
