Every time I want to build my site, it’s preventing me from being able to center align with auto layout. It was working all this time until yesterday… How do I allow it revert back to the original status where I can center-align my sites without being pinged with warnings?

I need to have support for refund of our subscription since this will not be used anymore. We need assistance ASAP. Thanks.

This is just a bug report (if this belongs somewhere else happy to submit this there) The Mobile Product Review Slides template uses Whyte as the title font but that’s unavailable for most users. I’ve been using IBM Plex Serif as a replacement, but anyway, worth changing so users don’t run into this bug in the future.

When using dynamic strokes, the end point sometimes renders with a visible gap or an extended point, instead of rounded end. I believe this is a bug. Example of gap: Example of point:

I cannot register an account using my company email. I have checked all emails and settings, but I cannot receive the verification code. I can receive emails when submitting a ticket, but I cannot receive the verification code. The ticket instructed me to come here to resolve this conversation. I have two processing codes, and they asked me to contact you for a solution, which are 1542903 and 1542923. I cannot receive any verification code emails!!

I’m using html.to.design to import a website into Figma, but I’ve noticed that after importing, I can’t move or rearrange certain design groups into other sections. They seem to be automatically locked, and I’m not sure why. I’m still new to Figma, so I might be missing something basic. Is there a reason some layers or groups are locked after import, and how can I unlock or edit them so I can adjust the layout freely?Here’s a video for more context. I appreciate any help! I love Flides. I’m working on a 40-pages file right now and find it hard to browse for skipped slides. I’ll miss them more often than not. I think the designed changed recently?

I’m trying to create a template for an app. I’ve spent a lot of time creating a clickable prototype with a bunch of different pages and I want to import it into Figma make and have all those page connections work in there. I tried doing this a few different ways and none of them work. There is also nothing I cna find on the web about this which is why I’m asking here.

So here is what I am trying to do. I have mailer in which there is no change in the content but there is an image with a QR code. Now I have to add 10 different QR codes.For that I am following below steps:Generate QR codes as PNG Add those PNG in an excel file, ensuring each image is paste in a cell (as per the guidelines) On Figma Buzz, in the bulk create I uploaded the file After uploading, it shows the column but content is been shown as text (Refer screenshot) When I select an image the data field remains disabled, but when I select a text layer it gets enabled and when I create assets it just adds text ObjectI have tried the same with google sheets but facing the same issue.

I take screenshots of different heights but the same width of the same text in VS Code (iOS). When I paste the resulting images into FigJam, the widths of these images vary. If this is a feature, how can I disable it? The same problem like in this topic

I discovered an issue with components. Looks like when you create a NEW component but name it the same name of an older component, THEN delete the older component and want to publish/push the new component, it does not show up in your other design docs. Only when i renamed the new component to something like (componentname V2), republish your design library, then it would correctly show up in the new design docs as a valid replacement to the newly deleted component.What i expected to happen is when i deleted the original, old component and published with the new component, the instances would then update automatically. 

Figma MCP Server currently only binds to 127.0.0.1 which makes it unable to listen on any other interface. WSL creates a virtual interface, to which the MCP Server must be able to listen, or Claude Code cannot connect to the MCP Server. Long story short, you need to make the MCP Server configurable.  As it is now, it’s useless for Claude Code users on Windows.

When I move the screen around it glitches and my webpage keeps reloading. I think it also crashed at one point.

Yes I know this topic has been raised before, but I would like to raise it again, since it is breaking the core interaction in my design system. Is Figma even aware of this issue? Since the last discussion about it is ~2years ago, and this issue still exists. Steps: Create a Button component set with 2 variants: Default, On Press Add interactions in the variant: “Default” → While pressing → Change to “On Press” Insert an instance of the “Default” button into a new Frame Add interactions to the button: On Click → Open overlay. Check the “Close when clicking outside” box. Test the prototype Results When you click the button, the button change to “On Press”, the overlay opens, but when clicking outside the overlay to close it, the button does not reset back to “Default”. Expected: The button should reset to “Default”.

 I’m trying to use Figma Buzz to create some templates. We have an icon library that uses a swap instance property within the component to swap out the icon as well as a property to define the size of the icon. As you can see in the image, it is only showing that first property of size of the icon and doesn’t let me switch out the actual icon with the instance swap. Is this a bug or limitation? If I click one more time it does show me my nested instance property where I can turn on the fill of the icon, but I don’t see how to access all the icons through the instance swap property we have on the component.This image shows the replacements it’s offering me, which is to only change the size of the icon.This image shows our original component we have size properties to define the size of the icon, and then an instance swap to choose the actual icon. Are we doing this wrong for this to be useful in Figma Buzz. Why can’t we see this other property in Figma Buzz?  

I recently heard that Figma make is now free for edu plan users. I do have an edu account made specially for that but why isn’t Figma make not accessible to me still? I want to use it as a practicing product designer!

I’m currently actively using and testing the Figma Site feature and found out that websites does not display correctly on old devices such as: Device: iPhone X & iPad Air2. Browser: Safari , Chrome (same issue) These websites contains vectors and Figma interactions such as scroll parallax. They are responsive when previewing, and works great on PC, iPad 3 and phones such as iPhone 14. Please help me out, and let me know how i could avoid this. Thank you very much.

Hello Figma Team, I’m a postgraduate design student at Monash University, and I’ve been trying to access Figma’s Education Program for several weeks now. Unfortunately, what should be a simple verification process has turned into a loop of rejections, blocked attempts, and system errors — all thanks to SheerID. Here’s what happened: I submitted my government-issued ID (first a South Australia Age Card, then my passport), as requested. The photos were clear, glare-free, and unedited — I followed every requirement listed. As a result, I received “We were unable to confirm your identity”, with no explanation given. Even more frustratingly, I was never given a chance to upload my student ID or proof of enrolment — the verification flow simply didn’t include that step. Eventually, I was locked out entirely with a “Verification Limit Exceeded” screen, despite doing everything by the book. Why has my Figma desktop app suddenly stopped working over the past week? I opened the app one morning and to my surprise, the files kept on loading and loading. Even Figma home doesn’t load. Not a single file is loading and once I shift to Figma home, I am unable to shift back to my files. Attaching screenshots for reference. It works on the browser but the app isn’t functioning at all. Please help.

I’m experiencing an issue with an instance swap property in Figma. I have a Card component with Auto-layout (width: fixed, and height: hug). It wraps an instance of a component associated with an instance swap property (width: fill and height: hug). When I create an instance of Card and change the inner instance through the instance property it works fine the first time. From there, if I change it again, Figma sets the height of the inner instance to fixed. This crops the content. Does anyone knows why this happens and how to fix it? Is it a bug in Figma?
