I submitted the request via chatbot but didn’t received the confirmation email and also there’s no new request on my request page! that’s a bug or what? we missed the 30-day renewal window to remove unassigned seats and are requesting customer support to help reopen this window so we can reduce their seat count and associated billing.

I’m using my company account with Pro Plan (annually paid) and I click on share button to give access to my colleague using edit mode (same surname email like mine, but not exactly the same account). I did not know it mean changing to full seat (none clicked approve on email to change them to full seats). But I found out that it could charge or change them to full seat, I changed access to view only. I double-checked on admin page to see seat management or billing. It shows next invoice will be USD 0.00 and only my account is full seated. I’m still scared. Will it charge me?

2 months ago I had submitted a Figma enquiry to your sales team about the features on ‘Figma for government’. I had used Figma in my previous team and wanted to use it to streamline design work for my new team. I had not received any notification or email to say that my enquiry had been received so I sent a follow up 3 weeks after that, following the same steps of submitting a ‘contact us’ form. Again nothing.I submitted my third ‘contact us’ form last week in case there was something wrong my email address but again nothing. I am having to go on here to plead and ask if someone could respond to my enquiry and questions on a tool I am keen to use within my team.I wanted to talk to someone about the features for ‘Figma for Government,’ and have a demo with a sales team member to the rest of my team to showcase the platform.So, can someone respond to my Figma request, like asap?  

I have been experiencing unusual behavior in Figma for several days. When I use Spacebar + mouse to pan, the canvas moves unpredictably in different directions while the spacebar is pressed. Refreshing Figma temporarily resolves the issue, but the glitch reoccurs frequently. I am using Figma Web.

Hi, the figma cursor used to be small and neat. In the past few days it has suddenly grown much bigger and it glitches in the middle of work switching back to the original smaller size, and growing again when moved or used for an action. Any idea why this is happening?

After running the prompt, I can not see the changes in the design. When checked in the code, I found that the change is reflecting in the code but not reflecting on the design.  

For some days now, a lot of our designs in different files are broken. Fonts are displayed smaller or bigger than expected - also the font style used in the design is detached. Icons or other components are cut or overlapping other elements. As soon as we click inside, it can happen that the design changes even further.Some details:The issue is reproducable among different users it affects multiple designs with several components the components all use a slot inside it mostly happens with our “Card” component which has a slot inside. In the slot we nest different contents we have deeply nested designs with several components and instances when clicking in the affected design, the sizes change for some people - sometimes in a good way, sometimes in a worse wayThis came out of nowhere and we do not know how to solve this issue. It affects us in such a way that we cannot deliver the design anymore to a develop

I have a component for a quote box with two variables (large and small). The quote text box has a text property applied (so that if I change the copy, it stays the same when I switch between variants). I did have the text in the large one set to a larger text style than the small one. But now, when I try to edit the text, it changes the text styles in both versions to match. I want to be able to have the text that is in them linked, but not the text style.This has been an issue since the latest update.

Hi,I’m currently unable to access figma make. It was fine on Wednesday last week but from Thursday I have been getting the message “couldn’t load make”. I have reached out to our IT to check that none of the domains had been blocked and they are fine. I also tried check network settings and that said I had access to the domains I need to run figma. I’m also unable to get it loaded in chrome but it does work in firefox.Please could someone have a look at this or let me know if I have some sort of issue on my end?Thanks,Joanne

Hey,We have a really frustrating problem with a table component built using variables and lots of slots.Every time a colleague opens the file and edits something, the table layout breaks for both of us. Usually, double-clicking the affected elements fixes it, but not always. Sometimes the only solution is to manually edit multiple components to restore their original shape and behavior.The layout can also break at seemingly random times, and we haven't been able to identify any pattern or specific trigger yet.This bug is especially frustrating when sharing designs with stakeholders for approval. A table that looked perfectly fine can suddenly appear broken, making the design look unfinished and forcing us to spend time fixing it instead of moving forward.Has anyone experienced something similar with slots and variables?

Hey have seen the other threads too but none of those solutions seem to work. So noticed the other day my vertical ruler had gone missing, have tried restarting figma, my laptop, going fullscreen, minimising etc and nothing seems to bring it back and can’t see an option to just turn one ruler off in the settings ?If i clicked the ‘minimize ui’ button on at the top right of the layers panel I can see the ruler behind everything but can’t seem to use it while I have to UI open which obv isn’t really ideal when trying to work having to turn the UI off and on to get to the ruler 

Hello,I'm having a problem with the text tool. There's a sort of line across the text block, and part of it is invisible. When I test with shorter text, there's no problem. I reopened some old drafts I made six months ago and discovered that this line is now present in the text blocks... I don't understand what's happening. Does anyone have any ideas?Here's a screenshot of my problem.

Hi. I have a question, is it my error or is it more of a rendering of the image when prototyping? I have a project, I divided the website sections into individual frames. I then “wrapped” these frames into one large frame. They are aligned perfectly every single pixel. Unfortunately, in the prototypes view I occasionally get such a thin gray line between the frames as below in the screenshot. How to deal with this?

Figma recently launched the feature for a grid to automatically add/remove rows depending on the content that’s actually in there.  Unfortunately it’s not working for me, and I haven’t seen anyone else talking about it. Let’s say I have a component with a grid, and it has about 4 rows worth of cards inside. When I use the instance of this component and hide 1 row’s worth of cards, the grid initially shrinks in height to hug the remaining 3 rows visible. But a few minutes later the instance will pop back to the height of 4 rows, leaving an empty row. If I toggle hide/show on the cards it will force Figma to recalculate the height and hug again, but then the same thing will happen again 2 minutes later.  The inverse is also true; if I include hidden extra cards in my component, and turn them on in the instance, the grid will initially grow in height to accomodate the extra cards, but later shrink again to the original number of rows, causing the extra cards

 I submitted an inquiry via email on June 1st, and since I didn't get a response, I sent a few more emails over the next few days, but I still haven't received any reply at all... TTThis is urgent because it is related to our corporate account and needs to be checked quickly. How long does it usually take for the support team to reply? As this is a billing-related issue, I would be extremely, extremely grateful if you could review it and respond at your earliest convenience.Please help us with this matter. Hey!I recently noticed a strange error in several of my projects. When I apply smart animate to a component, the text is increasingly displayed incorrectly.Example 1: I use a zoom effect on an image with a delay, and the text remains unchanged in both states. In the preview, the text suddenly becomes larger. I suspect that my variable mode for the font size is being ignored during the initial interactions, which is causing the error. It is also strange that the error only occurs in the first transition; the other images do not have this problem. Example 2: I have the same problem with the text in an accordion element.

Our team is improving our design system library management and need to cut styles from one library to another so that they stay linked to existing components. We were able to do this last week for our text styles, and now that we’re ready to cut over our effect the option has disappeared. This seems to be a well documented feature, so it seems like there is a bug that has temporarily disabled this. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, and is there an update on when it will be resolved?

Hi,Over de last few weeks our team is experiencing more and more inconvenient and work impeding bugs in Figma. Over the last few days we’ve been struggling to find workarounds for instances for which the ‘Variants could not be loaded’. It’s really awkward and unreliable if we design something and random things cause the designs to change. To name some that really affect our collaboration with other teams:Instances of components sometimes appear empty (this seems to be related to slots?). Changing properties for components with slots no longer work if the content within the slots was edited. Placement of layers seems ‘off’, until the layer is selected and automatically restores its placement. Instances of components that are inserted (Shift + i) are completely empty and void of layers. Copying main components from our spec files to our UI kit causes the variants to become duplicated within resulting in twice the number of variant

When June 4 came around, I expected a standard $5 renewal. Hi! During the opening keynote at Schema 2025 (on October 28), the Figma team announced a new left navbar as part of the updated UI, mentioning it would start rolling out the following week.It’s been a few weeks since then, and I’ve already received an app update, but I still don’t see that new sidebar.Is the rollout still in progress, or is there something I need to do to enable it?
