Hi, I just downgrade from paid to free plan. Eventhough I am the admin of the team. Also, already created a support ticket for this but havent seen any reply in 4 days. Thanks

I have Claude Code CLI installed, and whenever I open Figma Desktop my Mac grinds to a halt within about a minute.Turns out Figma keeps running claude plugin list over and over in the background — I watched the process count jump from 13 to 200+ in under 20 seconds. Each one takes real CPU to start, so my system load goes through the roof and it starts swapping like crazy. Only fix is to force-quit Figma. Some things I found that might help track it down:- Not caused by any plugin — checked, none of mine run this command.- The command and strings like claudeCLI are baked into Figma's own app files, so this looks like your built-in check for installed dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc).- There's a flag called hasCheckedInstalledMcpClients already set to true in my settings, but Figma keeps re-running the check anyway.- Tried disabling the related feature flags manually — Figma just reset them back on next launch, so this seems server-controlled on your end.- Did a full clean reinstall
Hello, I have a complete set of high-fidelity APP prototype designs on Figma. Now I need to export them into a Flutter project to run the interfaces, and then integrate business APIs based on this Flutter project. Is this feasible? How can I generate Flutter code and what specific steps do I need to follow?
Hi Support Team,I've attached a screen recording and a screenshot that demonstrate the issue I'm experiencing. The page causing the problem is named "System & Design." As shown in the attachments, all other pages in the design file open normally. However, as soon as I click on the "System & Design" page, that specific design file freezes and becomes unresponsive. Figma itself does not crash—I can still switch to and work on other design files without any issues. The problem only affects this particular page within this specific file.Could you please investigate what might be causing this issue and help me restore access to the page? If you need any additional information or access to the file, I'd be happy to provide it.Thank you for your assistance.
Hello, I am trying to run through the MCP OAuth protocol to register a client on the Figma remote MCP server, running into an issue when calling the registration endpoint. After discovering the registration endpoint via the /.well_known/oauth-authorization-server call, I call the registration endpoint via:curl -sS -v -X POST "$REG_ENDPOINT" -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{ "redirect_uris": ["http://127.0.0.1:53195/callback"], "grant_types": ["authorization_code","refresh_token"], "response_types": ["code"], "token_endpoint_auth_method": "none" }' I get back from this a “Forbidden” response and without this response I can’t continue the OAuth protocol.Does client registration have limitations to prevent it from working on different domains and url callbacks at the moment? I am doing this in a context outside of Claude, Cursor, etc..
The ‘Go to main component’ link is missing when I right click on components instances in the lefthand menu.I’m getting a smaller list of options, see attached image.I’ve restarted my machine twice, and I’m an Enterprise admin so I have access to the design system file. Can someone help with a fix, please?
Hello community,I'm redesigning the graphics for my event organizing business, including hero banners, icons, category graphics, and promotional visuals. My goal is to give the site a more modern look while keeping everything visually consistent. For those who've done a similar refresh in Figma, how do you keep all of your graphics aligned with the same style? Do you build a small design system first, create reusable components, or follow another workflow?I'd love to hear how you approach this.
Hey Figma Community, Following up on my previous threads about RO pretreatment and coalescer landing pages, I’m iterating on a new hero section for the BOLEFIL MAX-A—a high-flow filter for large-scale desalination and data center cooling. The Design Challenge: The product has a massive performance claim: one cartridge replaces 56 standard ones, cutting costs by $1-2M/year. For an engineering audience, these numbers are so high they can almost trigger 'marketing skepticism.' My Current Strategy (Screenshot attached):Hero Statement: I led with the financial impact ($1-2M/year) in a bold, SaaS-style layout to elevate it above a traditional industrial catalog. Visual Scale: I used a clean 3D render on a high-contrast container to make the hardware feel 'premium' rather than 'dirty industrial.' Consultative CTA: Focused on a 'Cost-Reduction Analysis' rather than a hard 'Buy Now.'Where I want to go next (Looking for feedback): I want to move from 'Static Information' to 'Visual Proof.' I’m
Screen Recording I designed ‘Navbar’ component with 2 variables (Default, Expanded), for Navbar body container applied slots. In this body container, I used one componet (Entity Tab) having variables default and expanded. In Navbar (Default) body container varible used ‘Entity Tab’ default and in Navbar (Expanded) used ‘Entity Tab’ expanded variables. While switching between Navbar component, ‘Entity Tab’ (present within slot) properties not changing.
Hi!I was charged today, July 14 with billing date of June 27 to July 27, for an unwanted Figma subscription that I haven't used in about three weeks. My open ticket number is #2014086. I thought I had canceled this earlier, but I just finalized the cancellation today.Could someone please help me with a refund? Also, how long does it typically take to receive a response and have the refund processed? Thanks!
Hi all,I'm using Code Connect together with the Dev Mode MCP get_design_context tool. When a node has a Code Connect mapping, the tool returns my mapped snippet (e.g. Icon(Icons.home) or Button(text: "...", variant: primary)) instead of the raw generated markup. That works as intended, but I've noticed the returned snippet only reflects the component properties/variants I mapped — it does not include the layout and color values that the designer actually set on that specific instance (position, padding/gap, width, fill color, etc.). For non–Code-Connected nodes, get_design_context returns all of that layout/color detail, but for connected nodes it seems to disappear. My question: Is it possible, from within the Code Connect template API to read the resolved layout properties (size) and color/fill values that are set on the instance, and inject them into the generated snippet? Or I have to add size and color as component property?
I have a very extensive SaaS B-end web design specification, including basic variables, layout, illustrations, icons, design principles, interaction guidelines, 63 components, regular page frameworks and usage methods. How can I input all of this into Figma Make? Would you like me to help you implement it using Figma Make? Would you like to use the components to create other functional pages? After implementation, how can I ensure that I am using my own Variables and component library?
How can the components, styles and Variables generated by Figma Make be copied into the Design interface? After I copy it into the interface, how can I ensure that the used variables are universal? Do I need to re-apply the corresponding replacements? This has been a problem that has been bothering me for a long time.
I’ve been trying to use Agent for UI design, but the results consistently fall short of my expectations. Here are the main issues I'm running into:Handling Assets: Agent really struggles with vector graphics. It can't handle logo creation, icon design, or illustrations properly. Image Processing: Image assets often end up distorted, and the overall quality of any generated images is just not up to par. Lack of Originality: To guide the design, I feed Agent our brand assets and a design.md file. Despite this, the UIs it generates are incredibly templated and visually mediocre. The output is nowhere near ready to be handed off to developers as a final deliverable—I always find myself having to redesign the entire thing anyway. How are you all solving these limitations? Do you have any workflows, workarounds, or strategies to get high-quality, production-ready designs out of Agent?
Subject: Refund Request for Unexpected Figma Pro ChargeHello Figma Support,I hope you’re doing well. I am a former Figma Pro user. I used the Pro plan for a few months in the past, but yesterday I noticed that I was charged approximately $26 USD. I did not intend to continue my subscription. Instead of canceling it, I had kept my bank account balance low so that the payment would not go through. However, I temporarily deposited money into the account, and the charge was processed unexpectedly.I would appreciate your help with the following:Could you please explain why I was charged approximately $26? I would like to request a refund for this charge. Could you also confirm that my subscription has been canceled (or auto-renewal has been disabled) so that I will not be charged again next month?Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.Best regards, jiho
I have a component for a quote box with two variables (large and small). The quote text box has a text property applied (so that if I change the copy, it stays the same when I switch between variants). I did have the text in the large one set to a larger text style than the small one. But now, when I try to edit the text, it changes the text styles in both versions to match. I want to be able to have the text that is in them linked, but not the text style. This has been an issue since the latest update.
Hi there! Hopefully someone can help me - this is driving me mad! I’ve looked at a bunch of help inquiries on the forum with people having similar issues and I can’t seem to figure it out. I didn’t use any masks with this design, all the content appears to be within the bounding frame where the vertical scrolling takes effect. There’s no extra padding that would otherwise interfere that I’m aware of. Nothing seems to be outside the boundary. I have similar screens with the exact same content within the boundary box and those don’t appear to cause any issues whatsoever. The only difference with this screen is that the content within the boundary box does not start at the top, it starts near the middle (which I did on purpose). So when I scroll all the way up to where the content stops past the hero image, there’s a huge white space leftover -- so the top of the hero image doesn’t end up directly underneath the top app bar like it should be (it works correctly on the other similar screen
I opened a support ticket numbered #2010974 on Figma 3 days ago, but I haven’t received a response from anyone yet. Is there any way to get a reply from the support team?
i have invoice with 2 seat since i use only 1 how i can fix it since i wanna pay for only 1 seat[image redacted by moderator to remove personal information]
This new bulk edit option is so painful for non designer marketing team memebers to edit on there own. The whole purpose of buzz make it simple for marketing team to edit content on there own. And with now with per frame editing option gone, it has become so difficult for anyone to update content now. Also this new bulk edit feature is too buggy and keeps crashing
I’ve been testing figma motion and while making a component with a motion intro, all prototypes functions were working smoothly, except for the preview… My component and its variables interactions were set like this:Intro (motion-made), after finishing, with dissolving effect, leads to Page 1 Page 1, after user click one button, leads instantly to Page 2 Page 2 is the end of the flowHowever, the motion intro isn’t working on any preview mode. It plays nicely in the motion settings, just not outside of it :/
I am having trouble finding my art 10 Figma gallery. Does someone know how to find a class project?
Figma recently rolled out new updates; however, I have noticed that certain changes have negatively impacted the daily user experience.1 - The left sidebar can no longer be hidden or collapsed. This occupies unnecessary screen space, which significantly hinders the workflow.2 - The click-and-drag shortcut to hide multiple layers sequentially is no longer functioning. Previously, users could hide a layer, hold the click, and drag upwards to hide subsequent layers automatically. This feature appears to have been removed, forcing users to toggle visibility manually, layer by layer.Ultimately, these changes seem counterintuitive to a seamless user experience. Furthermore, community posts indicate that these updates have introduced additional widespread issues.
I have an educational Figma account, and I'm experiencing an issue where variables aren't appearing in either my drafts or team projects. Interestingly, on my separate free account, variables are visible in both drafts and team projects without any issues.
