Windows 11 desktop app stays on a blank white screen (126.11.7)

The Figma desktop app opens, but the window stays blank and white, even after waiting for a long time. Figma works normally in Chrome on the same computer.

OS: Windows 11 Pro (x64)
App version: 126.11.7

What I tried:
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
- Deleted the Figma app data folders
- Turned off Prefer High-Performance GPU
- Tried Disable Hardware Acceleration
- Tried Reset Figma and Restart
- Tried WebGL1, WebGL2, and WebGPU
- Turned off ALYac real-time protection temporarily

I saved a debug file from the app. Please let me know how I can share it privately with a Figma Support Specialist.
