I am using a professional plan but have suddenly lost access to plugins. They are now blocked by a popup that wants to convert the account to a full seat. I updated Figma this morning but the issue remains. All plugins are triggering this popup when selected.Would appreciate any help to resolve this bug as I’m unable to export variables which is a big issue for development. Clicking Actions and then selecting a plugin The plugin is blocked with this popup and there is no option to just use the plugin 

It seems a lot of people are having trouble with this, and looking through responses it seems I’ve hit a wall. Hi all.I started see size issues with the vector within my icon components. In short, the vector/shape within the icon doesn’t resize according the icon size. The vector shape is already using scale, so it’s nothing easy. This issue started showing up in the last couple days. Sometimes the issue is fixed by double-clicking on the component (but this only work for the icon component, anything that’s nested doesn’t work). This looks new, never had this issue before.  

Hello! I have a black screen issue with the Figma Desktop app, even though the browser version works fine.It has been working on this device pervectly until yesterday. I’m using the latest version of both my OS and the Figma Desktop app. Internet connection is also fine and vpn is turned off.I’ve already tried to restart my computer, reinstall Figma, clear Figma cache. Nothing worrks. What can i do in this situation?  

When I try to duplicate my Figma Make protoype I get a request timeout error at 60s every time - is there anyway to fix this

When I move a design from Figma Design into Figma Make using an attached library and then bring the design back to Figma Design, all the components and tokens I previously used return as raw values, not as system tokens or components. Is there any way for Figma Make to preserve the library tokens and components? Otherwise, when importing the design back into Figma Design, I need to reassign all the components and tokens manually.

Hi Figma Community,I'm experiencing an issue where Figma file links are not opening in the desktop app when clicked from Safari. Instead, they always open in a new Safari tab.The core issue is that this problem is isolated entirely to Safari. I have a task that I’m looking to simplify as much as possible yet I'm struggling to find a solution. We are creating designs of static digital display banners, in lots of different sizes. I then have to present these in a Figma slide deck so that stakeholders can review. We create display banners in several different languages once that master deck has been approved.As the banner designs often require changes, I’d like to link them from a separate design file, so that when we make any changes, we can auto update them in the master deck. I know we can just make them into components and publish as a library etc. However, once we get one deck approved, I then have to do a new version for all the display banners to be done in a different language. So a new design file (for a different language) and a new deck, and I cannot see a way of doing this without basically starting the deck from scratch each time? It feels like the application loses focus or becomes “inactive” during the drag action. If I minimize or restore the window (not full screen) → drag and drop works normally. Why is the responsive mode in the prototype preview so broken? When you create a page with components and layers and set them to fill mode, everything fits to 100% width or height in the design editor. This reflects typical development as expected. However, this doesn’t work in the prototype preview. When I set the prototype to responsive, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. For instance, I have a grid with cells. Those cells are set to fill. (In fact, everything in every layer is set this way). But when the prototype renders it breaks. Those cells sometimes are 100% the available area, other times they are set to their original rendered size from the frame. For example, the cells are set to fill and happen to measure at around 200px wide because the main container (frame) fits all the content this way in design mode. But when it goes into the prototype preview with responsive mode, sometimes those cells take up the width appropriately, other times they revert ba

Hi,Figma asked me to reverify my student plan. So I followed all the steps throughout the process, but the verification was never confirmed. I have now tried multiple times since, the exact same way my classmates did and got it to work, but I am now locked out. Hey everyone I tried to search for a similar situation like mine, but couldn’t find anything. It seems that the drop shadow is being cut off in the PDF I exported. Like this:  But in the Figma file, the drop shadow is fine. I’ve tried to enclose the whole frame in another larger frame, but it still cuts off like that. Check the file here.

I’m unable to locate a file that I didn’t delete. I still have the shared link, but I can’t access it, it says the design file may have been deleted, moved, or is unavailable.Please, I need help resolving this.

This helps preserve the color override when an icon is swapped inside a component. For example: all icons use the “icon” color variable by default, but within a success inline message component, the icon is overridden with the “icon-success” color variable (green), as the icon should always be green in that context. Swapping, say, a checkmark icon with “icon-success” applied for a shield icon retains the correct “icon-success” variable. So far, so good.However, when we re-theme the inline message component from Brand 1 to Brand 2, the icon switches to a different brand-specific variant from the icon component set. I am getting a message that says “Library assets may need to be republished for modename mode to show.” There is also a little icon next to the mode name in all of my files when selecting a palette mode. We use a single design system file that has all of our variables and the other palettes don’t seem to have the same problem. The error message is not very helpful and I have cleaned up all of the files and resolved everything I can find but this message never goes away. Can anyone help me understand what is going on? I have included a couple of images as an example of what I am seeing.

😥 I have a problem: I can’t work well with my teammate cuz it's so laggy when we're working on the same project, but when someone closes the project, Figma just goes back to normal for the other one who's still in the project. Is there any method to solve this issue ?

Hi I use a samsung a34 5g, I want to use the figma app, but when I open the app it ask me to login I click login but it says my chrome isn't updated, I checked chrome and figma and it fully updated, I don't know what to do any help please.

This is a similar question that i have mentioned. But as the solution provided by the reply is not helping me. The option not have for ‘custom size’ or ‘desktop sizes’ as you can see in the screenshot. I have changed to option like ‘Fit device on screen’ or ‘zoom device to fill screen’. But no use.Is this because I am using the ‘Free’ version of Figma? 

When signed into figma make, I’m unable to highlight and copy ohrases from the AI chat.  Was working fine for weeks before this.  All of a sudden the interface and font of the chat changed and now unable to highlight and copy.  I’ve tried clearing cache and used chrome and edge and the same thing happens.

I tried to use your AI agent to help me with creating an appropriate Access Token, turning in circles for hours until I manually looked into the API documentation and found that the access I am after is only granted for Enterprise Users.
