I have tried several times to log in and verify my student profile, but each time it tells me I still need to "verify status." If I try again to verify it, I get the message "Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer." What should I do? I’ve already contacted the figma support but they haven’t responded yet…I really need my figma education account for my uni finals

Hi there,I have been trying to reverify my Figma Education status, but I can't proceed because my school does not appear in the new verification system.I submitted the google form weeks ago to request my school to be added to the new system, but I have still not received any confirmation or update. I then sent a follow-up email a few weeks ago, and I am still waiting for a reply or any indication that they have seen my case.I just wanted to ask if there's a chance to receive an update on my verification status, or if there's more information I should supply to speed up the process.I really need to be able to continue working on some of my school projects, and the deadlines are getting closer. Thank you,Adam

I’m using a personal Figma account (no teams, no collaborators). I was using the free version of Figma and was able to access Figma Design Tools in the Slides section until this morning. Later today, I decided to pay for a Collab Seat to get access to more features within the software, and I noticed that I lost access to Figma Design Tools. Is this normal?

Hello, I am currently working on a grocery delivery app. This is one of my first projects, so I do apologise if this is something silly to ask.I am kind of stuck on the prototype phase, where I am trying to enable the user to pick a day and time for the food shop delivery.What I want from the design is:when user selects a time slot for a certain day, I’d like to swap the text “Pick a delivery slot” to an interactive button “Continue with selected slot” (I’d ideally also like that button to say, which day and time it is, but I can’t even get it working on its own) highlight the selected time box.So far I’ve tried:creating a component (time box, like £0.50 or free or X - see attached image) and telling it to turn orange when tapped, that works okay  I used that component in my variants with the whole frame with the times (see image - everything but the “time” column) - it works fine I tried add

Hello! While trying to publish a new version of the plugin we were asked to add 2fa to our hello@viewst.com account to get the possibility to publish a new version of the plugin.  But after we add it and try to publish a new version, we get a new error message "We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed" that blocks our possibility to publish a new version with fixes of our plugin.  

I have this figma file that has an animation in it. I want the animation to be converted into a lottie animation for my react-native app but I am stuck since only the first frame is getting covered. I’m unable to publish changes to my library. I keep getting a message to reload the page to publish. After reloading, there’s a record that a component was indeed published; but there’s no updates available or any changes on the Figma files where I’m using this library. Any idea what I’m missing or is there an issue?

Figma Make is breaking whenever I want to try point- and-edit as well as prompt with attached image for design reference. This had started recently ! Earlier it was smoothly working. And it is happening even with fresh license with enough ai credits. Can someone help as this is significantly slowing down the design process, so much so, I had to get back to Figma Design to keep working on design assignments.

Hi, I am new here, though for someday I have seen in recent updates, I have seen that slider of the stops of each gradient values aren't working, but its working in different sections like fill color and in UI details panel though, anybody facing the same issue here? If anyone have a solution or I am making some mistakes happy to know about them

I want to copy typography styles from one folder to another, but everytime I paste it, it goes to the same folder from where I’ve copied it. I’ve tried duplicating, copying with cmd+c. cmd+v, but it doesn’t work. I know I can do it manually, but it would cost me a lot of time. Is there a fix to it? It supposed to be in the New folder, but it is duplicated in the product folder. 

I’ve accidentally created a monthly subscription (monthly full seats) in addition to my existing plan. This monthly subscription is completely unused and unnecessary. Despite this, the system does not allow the user to cancel it without being charged for the current month.This is extremely frustrating, as we are being charged for a service I never intended to purchase and have not used at all, with no straightforward way to reverse the mistake. The lack of a self-service option to immediately cancel or void an unused seat makes the experience feel unfair and rigid.We therefore requesting manual intervention to cancel the extra monthly subscription and remove or refund the current month’s charges, as keeping the charge for an unused, accidentally created seat is unreasonable and not reflective of good customer experience.

This helps preserve the color override when an icon is swapped inside a component. For example: all icons use the “icon” color variable by default, but within a success inline message component, the icon is overridden with the “icon-success” color variable (green), as the icon should always be green in that context. Swapping, say, a checkmark icon with “icon-success” applied for a shield icon retains the correct “icon-success” variable. So far, so good.However, when we re-theme the inline message component from Brand 1 to Brand 2, the icon switches to a different brand-specific variant from the icon component set.
