Hi everyone,After the UI3 update, the Export section completely disappeared from the right sidebar in Design mode.Yesterday it was there as usual, at the bottom of the Design panel. Today it's completely gone.I have already checked everything:I'm in Design mode. I'm the owner of the file. The right sidebar is visible. I selected frames, components, vectors, and images. I scrolled all the way to the bottom of the Design panel. I also created a new export setting before, so I know exactly where the Export section should be.The Export section is simply no longer there.If I try to export using keyboard shortcuts, Figma shows the message:"You are not allowed to export this file."Has anyone experienced the same issue after the UI3 update?Did the Export section disappear for anyone else? When resizing a rectangle or ellipse, or any sort of shape object, dimensions are tethered to the relative top-left corner of the shape—meaning that any increasing or decreasing of the width and height would happen relative to the shape’s top-left corner. This is helpful, since I can rotate an object 180°, and that resizing anchor would move with it, allowing me to adjust dimensions from the bottom right corner. However, recently the shortcut associated with adjusting those dimensions (Cmd + Directional Arrows) now ignores this rule, making it so that resizing any shape with these shortcuts is always resized relative to the absolute top left corner, no matter the shape’s rotation. This requires me to make those adjustments solely using the Width and Height fields, which is pretty tedious. Similarly, corner radii are also now anchored to the absolute top-left. I’ve been building a few more complex layouts with nested Auto Layout frames, and I’ve noticed that things can become a little unpredictable when fixed-width elements are combined with Fill Container and Hug Contents. A small change to one element can sometimes cause several other layers to resize or shift in ways that aren’t immediately obvious.What makes it more confusing is that the same layout can behave differently depending on how deeply the frames are nested. I understand that Auto Layout has a specific sizing logic, but when working with a larger component, it can take quite a bit of trial and error to figure out which setting is actually causing the issue.I’m wondering how other designers usually structure complex Auto Layout components to keep the sizing predictable. Do you try to avoid mixing fixed and flexible sizing where possible, or is there a better approach for handling these kinds of layouts?

Sanity check before I submit this as a bug or feature request:Is there an easy, non-destructive way to make Figma show drop shadows on the inside of a closed path, like a circle?I don’t want to use Outline Stroke since that’s destructive. I’m trying to keep it as a normal editable circle and have it behave like it does in apps like Sketch or Affinity Designer, where a drop shadow on a stroke renders on both sides of the path.Same editable circle, inside stroke, and drop shadow setup. Figma doesn’t render the shadow inside the closed path, while Sketch creates the expected inner-shadow effect without outlining the stroke. 

I have a component for a quote box with two variables (large and small). The quote text box has a text property applied (so that if I change the copy, it stays the same when I switch between variants). I did have the text in the large one set to a larger text style than the small one. But now, when I try to edit the text, it changes the text styles in both versions to match. I want to be able to have the text that is in them linked, but not the text style.This has been an issue since the latest update.

If a text element in an SVG is semi-opaque, Figma switches it to full opacity on import. Here’s an example. Hello I’m trying to import my Figma make work to VS code and I looked at several tutorial videos and they don’t seem to be much help. If anyone knows how to do it please send make a video of it, I learn better that way.

Hello Community,Today I encountered this bug in two completely different libraries that are not linked in any way and share nothing with each other; each has its own variables and components. I also asked two coworkers to test the scenario to see if they encountered the same bug in both libraries, and the result was the same, even though they were using different computers and operating systems. So it seems the bug is real, and I'm only noticing it today; it wasn't happening a few days ago.The bug is this: I have four breakpoints as variables in my UI Kit:Desktop: 1920pxWide Tablet: 1260pxTablet: 768pxMobile: 375pxHere's where it happens:I create a simple auto-frame, with no layers or anything inside. I apply the breakpoints variable for desktop (1920px) and two padding variables that work perfectly (280px and 120px). Previously, when export the frames, the pdf pages were combined into one pdf file. Now, it suddenly changed with separated pdf files per each pages. So I have to merge the pdf files. I do not understand why it changed to this burden way. Please restore the pdf export function. Any other thoughts?

Prototypes embedded in Figma Slides no longer allow full vertical scrolling during presentation, even though vertical scrolling works correctly when the prototype is played directly. This appears to be a regression, as the same slides and prototypes worked previously. Whats happening: In the past, I’ve been able to embed interactive prototypes into Figma Slides and present them with full vertical scrolling enabled.Today, I created a new slide deck and added a prototype, but the vertical canvas scroll does not work as expected during slide presentation, despite working correctly when the prototype is played on its own.After noticing this, I went back and checked older slide decks where this behavior previously worked, and I’m now seeing the same scrolling issue there as well. Current behaviour for me:Scrolling only works within the initial height that was loaded when the slide was presented.  Hello, I am on a verified Education plan and have moved my published Figma Make file into my Education team. My site is live at vivianwangdramaticworks.figma.site. In Make Settings → Domains, I only see Base domain and Edit domain. When I select Edit domain, I can only change the existing figma.site subdomain, and I do not see any option to add or connect a custom domain. I have already purchased a custom domain and need to connect it to this Figma Make site. Can you confirm whether custom domains are supported for Figma Make on the Education plan, or whether this requires Professional, Organization, or Enterprise?

Every frame in Presentation Mode has a gray hairline stroke around it - where in design mode it is just white fills over page fills. Any solution?

Figma wipes out the id on elements when importing SVGs. If I name an element with id="ElementKey123" in the SVG, it arrives in Figma with the layer named something like just "Vector" instead of the desired "ElementKey123". This adds lots of wasted time to my workflows. I have tools that consume SVGs to generate interactive visuals, and they need elements to stay named correctly. And I do not want to go and rename all the elements by hand in Figma.

Hi, all my libraries are facing the same issues: when I try to publish the changes, the modal appears, I press the “publish” button, but than nothing happens. It doesn’t work either with single components. I tried closing Figma, with the app, with browser but nothing changes. I am pretty sure there are no problems with my components. What could it be? It seems to be connected to my account, since I don’t face the same problem in client’s files.
