I am unable to use the Figma Free version it have some Error - "Loading chunk 5592 failed. (missing: https://www.figma.com/webpack-artifacts/assets/vendor-332f17862baa3c7a.min.js.br)". I am getting this error from past 2 weeks. Figma is a very reliable tool and one of my Go to tool can the support team please help and look into how we can solve this error at the earliest, it would be very grateful

We are successful in accessing the figma remote MCP exposed at "https://mcp.figma.com/mcp" via OAuth based access via browser SSO login. We are exploring ways to automate figma MCP access in a headless mode so would like to understand passing PAT token for remote MCP authentication. We tried passing PAT in Auth headers and X-Figma-Token header but get unauthorized for remote MCP at this endpoint "https://mcp.figma.com/mcp". I can't align the objects evenly in the mesh; the mesh automatically stretches unevenly. I'm feeling frustrated.

Everytime I try to publish my site, i get this error message; my url is showing a black blank screen at https://qbdt.figma.site/  

I hired a consultant to help build a prototype in Figma. We signed an agreement prior to the work beginning. Upon completion of the job we paid him according to the agreement but he has not transferred ownership of the files to my account. Can Figma assist me in getting these files transfered to my ownership. I can provide any proof and documentation necessary to show that we have the rights to the work and have paid them for the service.

Hi Figma Support Team, I’m reaching out about my Figma student plan, which recently expired on my original account. I’m currently a full-time student at the University of Toronto and still eligible for the Education plan. I do have a Figma account linked to my university email but all of my coursework, design files, and projects are on my original account which I’ve been using throughout my studies.While I understand that student access is typically verified through a university email, starting over or switching accounts isn’t really an option for me at this point, especially in my final year. I was hoping you could please either: restore student access on my original account or merge my university account into my original account in a way that keeps all of my files and ownership intact This has been a bit stressful with final-year deadlines, so I’d really appreciate your help in making this as smooth

When I open my designs in the preview to test the prototype, the icon on the button is slightly clipped. What is really odd, is when I hover over the button it fixes itself. Yesterday, my Figma desktop app prompted me to update to a new version. After I clicked OK and ran the update, I created a Make project. As of today, it has been 2 days and the project preview is still completely blank. I tried creating a new project. I also tried opening it in the desktop app, in the web browser, force refreshing, etc. Nothing seems to have worked.I just went and opened two Make project files I created last month, and they also show a blank screen in preview. I think this is something that requires your assistance and support—could this be caused by an issue with the recent release?I checked the Figma forum and found an identical issue reported 4 months ago. Based on the information available for self-checking, I confirm that I am the only person using my account and I have full edit permissions for this project.Please respond, I'm waiting to submit my assignment.

The refund amount of USD 20 (PKR 5,532.2) was confirmed by your team, and I also received a notification stating that the refund had been initiated.However, at the time the refund was processed, my payment provider SadaPay was experiencing a nationwide technical outage in Pakistan. Due to this issue, incoming transactions were temporarily blocked for nearly 24 hours. Hi. I made a project on Figma Make. It works well, but there is an issue with design. There is design difference between Make Preview and Published URL.This how project looks like on Preview and this is how it should be. And this is how it looks like on Published URL. Hey I was gone for vacation a month ago, and when I sign back, my draft files are gone.I’m using the free version, and I don’t have any other teams, just myself.When I click on Drafts, below is what I see, the “Untitled” file you see isn’t the draft file I was looking for, it was only created when I tried to find my previous files (as you can see, it was created about half hour ago). I also check the Trash tab, nothing is there. 

I don't know why but Figma Make just isn't working for me. Whenever i put in a prompt it just says "Something went wrong." I tried using different devices, different accounts, even different networks yet i still haven't found any clue to what might be the issue.

Hello Figma, I have been paying for a personal account while also having a personal account for years and wanted to delete the personal account as I simply can’t afford it. I was exporting files while I noticed that I had several seats under the same name. I accidentally deleted the whole of the account when I was only trying to delete one seat. I had originally created a single file which hosted a lot of previous design work I had accumulated over the years. I am hoping that, given it was done today, there is still a way to retrieve this file somehow. I would be very appreciative if I could get assistance with this as soon as possible.Thank you,Heike

Hello, I am reporting a critical issue where a specific personal file has completely disappeared from my account.1. File Name: 시어스랩 2. Last Accessed: I don't remember the exact date as it was some time ago.3. The Situation: This was a personal project file (Private), NOT a team project. I have NEVER deleted this file. It has disappeared spontaneously from my file list. I have already checked the 'Trash' and 'Deleted' folders, but the file is not there. I have checked all my folders, and searched by the file name, but there are no results. Other files that are even older than this one are still visible, but only this specific file, '시어스랩', is missing. Since this was my personal work and I never deleted it, I believe this is a system-side error.

After not resubscribing, My team is locked and the files in the projects are view only, even when I am the owner, this does not make scene, this technique is forcing me to resubscribe.How can I edit my files, after not resubscribing?
