Hello Figma Support Team,I'm following up on my previous email regarding a billing adjustment request for our team (blue-UED), Invoice #Z2FLPLHL-0003, sent on [2026/07/10]. I haven't received a response yet, and I wanted to check on the status of this request. To summarize the situation: last month I added new members to our team without fully understanding Figma's seat-based billing rules, which resulted in an unexpected overdue charge of $104.67. The members added did not actually use any Professional-tier advanced features. I explained this in my original email and requested a waiver or reduction of this charge due to a genuine misunderstanding on my part.Since then, I have cancelled our Professional subscription (set to downgrade on August 9, 2026) and I am working to resolve our seat allocation properly going forward.I understand your team may be handling a high volume of requests, but I would really appreciate an update, as this is affecting my ability to plan our team's budget. I
I lost all of yesterday afternoon’s and this morning’s work across a large file, and there’s no version history recorded for those hours. Is there any way to recover updates from that specific time? When I was working in Figma, my network connection was stable and I didn’t see any offline changes message, which makes it really strange that a chunk of my work just vanished. It has all gone with no way of recovering it. I even had prototype comments from users and stake-holders which have also been lost.
Monthly Credit Renewal has not happened by the date and time indicated on the account. Does this happen by this date usually or is there a 24 hour window for this to update?
I’ve recently launched a site built via Figma/Figma to Web and successfully indexed it on Google Search Console using a custom domain. However, I am hitting a wall with Bing Webmaster Tools and Yahoo.Current Setup & Steps Taken: Domain Management: Handled via Cloudflare. Sitemaps: Submitted via Bing Webmaster Tools; the status shows "Success," but the URLs remain unindexed after several days. Indexing Strategy: I’ve attempted using Cloudflare Workers to manage the transition/headers, but Bingbot doesn't seem to be crawling the actual content effectively. Status: Google is live and crawling fine; Bing/Yahoo shows zero presence. The Problem: Despite the sitemap being accepted, the pages aren't being indexed. I am relatively new to the technical side of SEO/GEO and am looking for the "missing link" that specifically triggers Bing to recognize the site structure.Questions: Has anyone successfully used IndexNow with a Cloudflare Worker setup for a Figma-based site? Are there spe
HiIt doesn’t appear that any of the AI features are working in my account for Figma Design, Figjam, or Figma Make. I’m on a Mac (Tahoe 26.5.1), Using the latest Chrome, Firefox, Brave, and the Desktop App. I have a Figma Professional account. I am both the Admin and the only user of the account.I have already tried:Three different browsers (clearing the cache on all three completely between tries) Two different computers Five different new files Making sure VPN is disabled Allow rules for every Figma-related domain I could find in my Firewalla router Completely bypassing the router and trying all of that again just using my 5G phone as an internet connection with no vpn. Using your support agent and eventually logging a support ticket 5 days agoI’m pretty sure I’ve ruled out it being an issue on my end. I keep getting codes in every area that touches an AI feature like 26a4fda8-b07d-4497-8e62-4d2a698a4349, and errors that say “something went wrong.” The rest of these tools appear to be
New customer here. I emailed support two days ago about how I’ve burned through 3000 AI credits in just a few hours but still not had a reply. Is this the level of support we get?
I've been using Figma across multiple devices (home PC, work PC, laptop, etc.) for years, and it's always worked fine. I could stay logged in on all of them without any problems.Recently, I started experimenting with AI workflows. One of the things I've been testing is letting an AI agent control the browser to log into Figma and perform some basic actions as part of an automation workflow.Ever since I started doing that, something changed. Now whenever I log into Figma on one device, one of my other devices gets logged out. Before this, I could stay logged in everywhere at the same time.I'm the only person using this account, so it's not actually being shared. The only thing that's changed is the AI browser automation.Has anyone else run into this?I'm wondering if repeated AI-controlled logins or automated browser interactions can trigger some kind of security or account-sharing detection. If so, is this temporary, or does it require contacting Support to get it resolved?Curious if any
In Figma Make, selecting a model with a longer display name (for example, Claude Sonnet 4.6) causes the prompt composer layout to break. The send/submit button is pushed outside of the prompt input area. Switching back to a model with a shorter name (such as GPT-5.5) restores the layout.Steps to reproduceOpen Figma Make. Open the prompt composer. Select a model with a longer display name (e.g. Claude Sonnet 4.6). Observe the bottom toolbar.Expected behaviorThe prompt composer should maintain its layout regardless of the selected model. The model selector should truncate or resize if necessary. The send button should remain anchored within the composer.Actual behaviorThe longer model name expands the toolbar. The send button shifts outside the prompt composer. Returning to a shorter model name restores the correct layout.EnvironmentProduct: Figma Make Platform: macOS (Desktop App)
I can't load any content; instead, the program freezes and becomes unusable, and refreshing doesn't help at all.
Both my teammate and I have edit access to our design system Figma file. I was able to publish some components but suddenly wasn’t able to—when I hit ‘publish’ it’s like it never registered (no toast at the bottom of the screen with the loading status, component publish status is still unpublished). It’s very intermittent—occasionally I’ll be able to publish again but will lose the ability right after.I know it’s not a case of two people trying to publish at the same time, it’s not a connection issue (experienced this in different locations), and we are on the enterprise plan and no permissions have changed on that front. My teammate can publish components now but he couldn’t before and even got this modal. Is this a known bug?
Hi Figma Support,I am writing to request the restoration of a Team Library file that was accidentally deleted.I must emphasize that this file has been completely purged. I have already performed a thorough check of the Trash folder with the filter set to "Created by: Anyone," and there are absolutely no records or traces of this file remaining. This file is critical to my design stydent work. Here’s the file link for your reference:File URL: https://www.figma.com/design/TnpgN3S58ouT5lCkr7k5Gi/%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%BA%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%BC%D0%B0-%D0%9A%D0%98%D0%A2?node-id=0-1&t=kZwwtz70HiR4F0ds-1Since the standard recovery options are not working, could you please help us recover this file from your backend database?I look forward to hearing from you soon.Thank you for your help.
When creating an annotation, if I zoom or pan to another area of the canvas and the annotation input field goes out of view, the text entered in the annotation is lost. As a result, I cannot inspect or verify content elsewhere on the canvas while writing an annotation without risking the loss of my draft.Steps to reproduce:Create a new annotation. Start typing text in the annotation input field. Zoom or pan to another area of the canvas so the annotation field is no longer visible. Navigate back to the annotation. Observe that the text entered in the annotation has disappeared.Expected behavior:The annotation draft should be preserved even when the annotation field is no longer visible on the canvas. Users should be able to navigate around the canvas and return to their annotation without losing any unsaved text.Actual behavior:The annotation text is cleared and must be re-entered when returning to the annotation.
After having the new fullpage variables view, I can only duplicate individual variables and not groups. This is extremely annoying and sets my workflow back a lot. Is this a known bug and will it be fixed soon?
Hi,we are running into a serious issue with slots in our design system. Our setup is this: we create and maintain our components in a shared library file, which represents our design system. These components are then used as instances in separate design/view files. Many of our components rely heavily on slots for flexible content areas. The problem: when we publish changes to the design system library and update them in the view file, the slots inside the component instances are not updated correctly. For example, variable assignments such as spacing or padding values are not applied to the existing slot content (instances inside). The only workaround we currently have is to fully reset the slots in the instances. But this removes the custom content every time, which makes the workflow unusable for real product work. This is critical for us because our entire design system is built around slots. It used to work more reliably, but in the current state it is basically unusable. This seems rel
Screenshot of Figma Make chat getting overlapped glitchRecently I’ve been facing this issue multiple times in Figma Make. The chat elements keep overlapping with each and sometimes even showing duplicates. It is kind of confusing. I have to reload the chat to fix the issue.

I recently migrated my typography system from raw text style values to Variables-based values using breakpoint modes.Previously, all text styles were defined with fixed values (font size, line height, font family, font weight, etc.). I then replaced those raw values with variables connected to typography modes for responsive breakpoints. The migration appeared successful inside the Foundation library file. All components correctly inherited the updated typography values and display the expected styles. However, after publishing the library, many instances in consuming files did not update correctly. Instead, they seem to retain stale typography metadata. I am seeing two different issues:Issue 1 — Old style names remain visibleIn some text layers, the instance still displays the old style name even though the main component uses the new style.Example:Main component: Body L Bold Instance: Text L BoldThe instance is clearly showing the old style name, despite being linked to the updated st
Why isn’t simple formatting working?
Since the latest version (126.6.12) I’ve been struggling to open certain files in the DESKTOP app. I get the following message - Something went wrong...Our team is looking into it now. If refreshing the page doesn't work, check our status page for updates.Files open fine in web browser.
For the past couple days, page names are invisible but pages are still there. See the hidden blank page names between Assorted and Archive? We can click and open them, but we need to memorize which page is which.
I no longer have the "Show Agents on canvas" setting. It appears to have been removed. Please restore this option as soon as possible. I can't work effectively with the Agents panel appearing on the canvas all the time, and I need the ability to hide it.
When driving a FigJam file through the Plugin API via an MCP integration, I hit three reproducible problems in one working session. Filing together since they all stem from Plugin-API-over-MCP reliability.1. Cross-page reads return empty. Reading a page's children for any page that is NOT thecurrently active page (e.g. figma.root.children[n].children where n is not figma.currentPage) returns 0 nodes, even when the page clearly has content. Only the active page reads correctly. This makes it impossible to reliably inspect or verify content on other pages.2. Cross-page clone/append fails silently. Calling .clone() on a sticky and appendChildonto a different page produces no visible node and throws no error. The operation reports success but the content never appears on the target page. Recreating nodes from scratch on the active page works; moving/cloning across pages does not.3. Edits don't reliably persist / possible transaction rollback. Text edits and deletessometimes don't stick. Se

Hello Figma Support Team,I need your assistance with an account and subscription issue.I had an active Figma Professional subscription on my company email account, which was billed for the period 7 June 2025 to 30 June 2026.At the end of June, after leaving my previous company, I created a new Figma Professional subscription using my personal email account and transferred all my teams, projects, and files to it.The problem is that my previous company email account is no longer accessible because the email address has been deactivated. As a result, I cannot log in to that Figma account to cancel the old Professional subscription.Additionally, my personal Figma account has been locked as of today, leaving me unable to access my work.I would appreciate your help with the following:Cancel the Professional subscription associated with my previous company account as soon as possible.
