Hello everyone! My name is Ahmed Mouatassem Goubi, happy to be joining the Figma community.I've been using Figma and a few other design tools for quite a while now, both as a designer and as a founder. On the design side, I'm always looking to connect with other designers to exchange ideas, share feedback, and critique each other's workOn the product side, I'm currently building a website and app as CEO of my company, like many early stage startups, we're working through a bunch of UX challenges to make the experience feel smooth and intuitive, tackling them one by one.Looking forward to learning from this community and contributing where I can! If you're interested in an internship or would like to contribute to the project, feel free to reach out on discord @Sayence😉
Hey Figma Community!I have been working on a AI Skill+ Figma Plugin that automates the entire process of Design Token creation in Figma. This product can create enterprise grade variable system in minutes. It supports scoping, code syntax, publishing, proper aliasing, and automatic generation of styles for text, effects and layout grids.I would love it if you could check it out and provide a feedback.I made sure this doesn't use a lot of tokens(works on free version of many AI tools, and also with flash models). Repo: https://github.com/Shanmus4/figma-variables-tokens-generatorEverything one needs to know will be present on the Readme file, but feel free to reach out in case you need any help: [redacted]

Still frame of a video capture of AVA Palettes🚀 Excited to share — AVA Palettes is now live in beta on Figma! 🎨✨What is AVA Palettes?A fast, flexible color tool for anyone building palettes inside Figma — backed by modern color science and designed to keep you in control. Why give it a try?✅ Generate full color ramps in seconds from a single base color✅ Built on OKLCH for perceptually uniform, predictable shade spacing✅ Sculpt color scales with bézier curves for brightness, hue, and saturation✅ Export directly to Figma color variables — ready for dev handoff✅ Built-in accessibility: live WCAG 2 and APCA contrast checks✅ Color-blind simulators (Protan, Deutan, Tritan)✅ Light & dark mode palette sync✅ Manage multiple ramps per project with auto-naming✅ Unlimited projects and palettes✅ Private, lightweight, and totally free during betaWhy it’s worth a look:If you’re building design systems, refining UI themes, or just tired of fiddling with manual palette steps — AVA gets you clean,
Yes — agent-native wallets could very well be the missing link between AI automation and real Web3 adoption, but not in a simple “yes or no” way. Here’s the real picture:Web3 today still feels too manual. You need to connect wallets, sign transactions, approve gas fees, switch networks, manage keys… it’s powerful, but not user-friendly for the average person. Now imagine this shift:Instead of users doing everything, an AI agent inside your wallet can:Auto-swap tokens when conditions are right Pay gas fees optimally across chains Manage DeFi yield strategies Execute trades or payments based on your rules Even pause actions if something looks suspiciousThis is where agent-native wallets change the game — they turn Web3 from a “do-it-yourself system” into a “set-your-rules-and-automate” system. But here’s the debate part 👇If AI agents are making decisions for you:Do users still truly “own” their assets in spirit, or just in theory? Will people trust automation with money, or will fear slow
So over a year ago, I was stuck on this idea of being able to visualize a full color space and travel within that space to build ‘chains’ of colors (like a 3D map with connected points). As a visual thinker, this made more sense to me than picking out individual swatches on a 2D color picker.Part way into the research stage, I discovered OKLCH, which was a game-changer; it maps the colors around human visual perception, rather than how monitors mix light.Up until now this has existed as a web app at www.volumecolor.io, but I recently ported it for use right inside Figma.Find the plugin here: https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1608450336149947332/volume-3d-oklch-color-picker-palette-generator-for-figma
I want to create an AI study planner to help students. The student can enter their school schedule, such as what time they leave for school and when they return. The app can include options like a full-day plan or a half-day plan (after school), and it should organize study time into specific time slots.I want the app to be better than any other one. It should send notifications to remind the student when it’s time to study or take a break. I also want the design to be simple and not confusing, with a light yellow background and soft shades of yellow.

Hey everyone. I am Alexander and I am the creator of a new plugin called Design System Sync. I built this because I was honestly tired of manually copying hex codes and spacing values to developers every time a variable changed. It always felt like a huge waste of time.So basically this plugin connects your Figma variables straight to your codebase. It takes your design tokens and automatically creates a pull request in GitHub or Bitbucket. You just click export and the developers get the exact code changes they need. Here are the main things it can do for you.Automatic PRs so developers can review changes instantly without leaving their tools.Multiple formats including W3C tokens and CSS Variables.Multi-mode support for handling your light and dark themes easily.Visual change detection so you know exactly what is different before exporting. The free version gives you 5 exports a month with all formats included.Pro is 10 dollars a month for unlimited exports and AI code generation.Figma
Hi - I am looking to update to the Organisation plan, however, I would like more information on the impact and how it will work for my company. I reach out to Sales a few time but have had no acknowledgement or replies. Please could someone let me know how I can follow up to understand all the different functionality and cost.
Hi,I would like to share two new FREE plugins that just got approved today.I would love some feedback and how I can make them better:Zoomable color picker (Zoompicker): I always felt that the default color picker does not allow you to easily do precise color picking. So I built this plugin where you can zoom the picker and then make very fine refinements to your color. https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1617090343749381048/zoompicker Interactive PDF export: This is another free plugin that lets you export interactive PDFs that retains the prototype links. https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1621701038205440559/interactive-pdf-export Thanks

Hi everyone! I’m transitioning from graphic design into UX design and I’m currently building my portfolio. I just completed my first case study. I’m not fully sure if I approached the structure and presentation the right way. I’d appreciate any feedback on how clear the flow is, how the information is organized, and if the overall experience makes sense. I want to improve it as much as possible. I’m also open to suggestions on what other types of projects should I add to strengthen my portfolio as I start applying for internships or entry-level roles. Here’s is the link to my portfolio uxfol.io/myafdesigns
Hello Figma Support,I’m currently trying to transfer my design from Figma to Tilda using a third-party integration, but I’ve encountered API rate limits (possibly related to my IP or plan restrictions).Could you please clarify a few things for me: If I upgrade to the $20/month plan, will this remove or significantly increase the API limitations that are blocking my design transfer? Are these limits tied to my IP address, or strictly to my account plan? If I purchase the plan and it does not solve my issue (specifically for exporting my design to Tilda), would I be eligible for a refund? I only need this upgrade temporarily to complete the transfer, so understanding this in advance would really help.Thank you in advance for your support.Best regards,Alina
Hello everyone.Recently I got some serious problems so I can’t work on LinkedIn as a senior software engineer like before. So I am here to look for a remote collaborator.
I've been a designer for 29 years and I keep seeing the same pattern with AI coding tools like Claude Code: designers are either sticking with the full Figma workflow and handing off to AI for code generation, or they're skipping Figma entirely and going straight to prompts. Both approaches feel incomplete to me. The first one doesn't take advantage of what AI can actually do. The second one throws away the entire design process.I've been experimenting with a different approach: encoding the design process directly into the AI tool. Things like having the LLM stress-test your requirements before generating anything, creating a proper design brief, structuring information architecture, generating design tokens, and running autonomous design reviews using Playwright. The idea is that instead of replacing Figma, you're replacing the process gap between "I have an idea" and "here's a working frontend." The design thinking still happens. It just happens inside the coding tool instead of on a

TL;DR: Figma’s PDF exports (even with paid plugins) gave me huge, laggy files, so I built my own tool that exports slides as compressed images, rebuilds the PDF with OCR, adds all links, and got a 48-slide deck from 177MB down to 11MB with smooth performance. The title basically says it all...I’ve been tryna properly export Figma presentation decks to PDFs for like 3 years now, and every option I tried just wasn't doing enough for me. I’m not even gonna get into Figma’s default pdf export, but even $20/month plugins like Compressed PDF and TinyImage Compressor still gave me pretty chunky PDFs (typically over 100mb for 30 to 50 slides). And it wasn’t just the file size either. The PDFs would feel janky as hell when scrolling, stuff would flicker, the scrolling itself would lag A LOT, and sometimes the design itself would get messed up when the plugin tried to optimize vectors, glows or other weird effects. My decks usually have a lot going on too, like I abuse gradients, glows, vector sha
Hi everyone,I am trying to understand the complete process of BISP 8171 web portal registration for checking eligibility and CNIC status online.I found that many people are confused about how to properly register and check their information without making mistakes. I have been reading different guides and trying to learn the correct steps.Recently, I came across a helpful resource that explains the process in a simple and easy way: https://adpportal.com.pk/It helped me understand how to enter CNIC details and check eligibility status online. However, I still have a few questions: Is there any official deadline for registration? What should I do if my CNIC is not showing eligibility? How can I update incorrect information? If anyone here has experience with this process, please share your guidance. It would really help beginners like me.Thanks in advance!
Most Figma workflows look the same multiple plugins open, three paid for separately, two barely used. Every tool doing one thing, no connection between them.It felt like a mess nobody was cleaning up.So we built Waysorted, a suite of tools that lives in one place inside Figma. Color systems with contrast checks, frames to PDF with CMYK support, unit converter, file importer with more tools like HTML to design, icon library in development and comment summariser. All under one credit system, no separate subscriptions per tool. And it's free to start, no friction, no forced upgrade. We're a small team that just launched beta. 200+ designers found it organically over the last few months. Just people sharing it with other people who felt the same pain. We'd love honest feedback from this community. What's working, what's missing, what feels off, all of it welcome. If you've ever felt the plugin sprawl pain, this was built for you.https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1532842109377504268/wayso
Hey Everybody,I just got quoted $149 for a one-paged website in Los Angeles. Is this a fair price?I found this company when I searched for web design near me and they seemed to provide the cheapest price. I have little understanding when it comes to this manner, so I am not sure if this is a good deal, or a red flag, or pretty standard. Is godaddy good for hosting? This is what the agency recommended to me.A few questions: Is $149 a reasonable price for a single paged website? Where is the best place to host this website after completion? Any advice from people who have been through this or are web designers is appreciated.
