The logic is handled in code, but the UI/UX side is what I’m trying to get right in Figma.I’m designing a date picker component that needs to: Support both Hijri and Gregorian calendars Work in RTL Arabic and LTR English Handle mobile viewports cleanly Show clear month/year navigation without clutter Optionally allow a quick toggle between the two calendars I’m struggling with how to structure the component set and variants in Figma. Should I use separate components for each calendar, or one component with variants? How do you handle RTL mirroring for date pickers? Any tips for keeping the layout clean when the two calendar systems have different month lengths and names?Would love to see examples or component structures from anyone who has designed for bilingual or RTL date inputs.Thanks!

How can I make sure the finished mobile app looks and works like the original Figma design?

I have an enquiry would like to know for this case. Lets say i have 10 design projects in my figma account. but developer wants to use claude or codex to access the one of the projects and requested me for permission. but i am not sure if im wrong, from what i know i cannot give them my personal token access since they can see all 10 files in my account.and i cannot give them my login access. is there any other way around this to let them access a particular file safely in professional plan or do i need to upgrade to org plan to do this.  if you could explain the process it would be great for clarification.

It seems there is no plugin API feature for changing the order of component variants. There is some plugin that does it, but I was not able to find the trick how it is done. Can someone help with this? Manual sorting of 100+ options is a disaster. 

Hi,I am trying to reorder collections so I don’t see the primitives I never use directly each time I want to map a variable.Is there a way currently to reorder them? From what I see, this was once an option has been removed 

Hi everyone,I'm having trouble deleting some token groups/collections from my variables panel and could use some help.As you can see in the attached screenshot, I have duplicate groups like 03. Spacing, 04. Viewport, 05. Border, etc., right under my 00. Core color line. However, the option to delete these groups is completely missing or unclickable.Has anyone encountered this specific bug or lock state? Is there a way to force-delete these groups without breaking the rest of my local variables?

Hello,We are trying to use a Figma Make prototype for user testing. Unfortunately, it is asking the folks we are testing with to create an account and sign in to view and use the prototype.This is too much friction for a testing session. Is there any way to share Figma Make prototypes with others without the need for them to log in?We’ve set share settings to “Anyone with password”, but they get an error screen after entering the password, unless they log into Figma.  

So normally in Figma Design its easy enough to sort but for whatever reason in Figma Sites I just can’t figure out why content scrolls over the sticky header. I’m really just playing around for a small website for a friend but I’ve now rebuilt it 3 times :D 

Does anyone know if it’s possible to get hold of the Figma Android APK? I’d like to sideload it onto a device which does not have access to the Play Store in order to test a prototype in situ.

I’m currently on a higher education (University) account, but I don’t have access to Figma AI features like Remove Background, Make Designs / Vectorize, or the AI toolbar. However, several of my classmates who are in the same university do have access to these features on their Figma accounts.Here is what I’ve checked so far: Verification Status: I confirmed my status via figma.com/education/apply, so my account is fully verified as higher education. Eligibility: According to the Figma AI Help Article, AI features are available for Education plans beyond K-12. Since I’m on a University plan, my account type should be eligible. Upgraded Team Space: I know that Education status allows you to upgrade team spaces to the Education plan to unlock perks. I am working inside a team that is upgraded to the Education plan, but the AI features are still missing there. Since my account is verified and the team is on “Edu” plan, is there a reason why I still don’t have access?

Why animations start by their own, how to control them in prototype mode? I just wanted to create opening menu, but how - OK, placed animated menu component inside main screen, and then it starts to play indefinitely - I just expected simple “Pause at load” feature :/  

We currently have an existing Figma Professional Plan and would like to merge it into our existing Organization Plan. Is it possible to migrate all associated assets, including files, projects, folders, team structure, and assigned seats, from the Professional Plan to the Organization Plan without losing data, permissions, version history, or user access? What is the recommended process to ensure a seamless transition while retaining ownership and collaboration settings?

Im working on a small website and im trying to keep the design simple without the page feel empty. i usually prefer a clean layout with limited colors and fewer elements, but im not sure how much spacing and visual content i should add. when designing a homepage, do you focus more on the layout, typography, or adding visual elements to make the page feel complete? review my page and then give suggestions. id be inetersted to hear hoe other people approach this in fignma.

I'm working on a pricing/sales interface and want to prototype a simple percentage discount calculator in Figma.The user would enter: Original price: 250 Discount: 20% The prototype should then display: Discount amount: 50 Final price: 200 The calculation is:Discount Amount = Original Price × Discount ÷ 100Final Price = Original Price − Discount AmountI've seen that Figma variables and prototype actions can be used for mathematical calculations, but I'm not sure what the cleanest setup would be for this type of interaction.Would you recommend using number variables with prototype actions, or is there a better approach for handling the percentage input and updating multiple text fields?I'm also testing decimal prices such as 99.99, so I'd like to avoid unexpected rounding issues.For checking the expected percentage and discount values while testing, I use this percent off calculator.Any suggestions for a clean Figma prototype setup would be appreciated.

Hi Figma Community Support,I submitted support ticket #2137650 regarding the Figma Agent beta monthly usage limit on my Professional plan. The Agent is currently blocked in the middle of an active professional UI/UX project.I haven’t received any email or update yet. Hey everyone! I know Figma Make has an official Supabase integration for this. My question: is there any native way to make user interactions (edits, additions, etc.) on a published app persist and be visible to every visitor — like a shared database, not just local/per-user storage  without connecting an external service like Supabase or Firebase?Is this possible today within Figma Make, or is an external backend the only way to get shared/multi-user persistence? Thanks!

I’m curious how other designers handle organization in larger Figma projects.As files grow, it can become harder to keep pages, components, styles, and versions easy to navigate. I’d love to hear what workflows or conventions have worked well for you.For example: How do you structure pages within a file? How do you organize components and variants? Do you use any naming conventions? What do you do when a project becomes difficult to maintain? I’m mainly looking for practical approaches from people who use Figma regularly. Thanks!
