Variant pops up in completely different location upon component interaction

Hey Figma fam!
I’m having trouble with a variant appearing in a different location no matter what i do.
I’m trying to make a drag slide like a timer.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. If you can share the prototype setting and layers too, that would help us but could you share the screenshots too?

I tried to search a general examples on community and youtube, I could search some resources. So, searching keywords such as “slider prototype Figma”, “draggale slider Figma” in Community or Youtube could also help you.
