when trying to update the plan, Figma gives me this error, although the mail is up to date and working. How to solve this issue?

To confirm, were you intending to upgrade to the organization plan specifically?
If so, the organization plan requires that your account email is using a custom domain and not a publicly accessible one (gmail.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com etc).
Please let me know if you were using an email address with a custom domain.
