Unwanted Automatic Offset to Rectangle

I have a blank frame. If I try to draw rectangle it is immediately offset to a new position when I start drawing. How can I turn off this feature?

Note: This problem is for online only. It does not occur on the PC (desktop) version.

In the photo, when I start to draw rectangle 2 my cursor is at the lower left-hand corner of rectangle 1. Then it is immediately offset.

Problem solved.

The problem is my FireFox browser. When I switch to the Chrome browser then the problem goes away.
