In my team’s files + company team files, when creating element and defining a color from the published brand colors team file, the “all libraries” option reappears after the first time I pick it, instead of the last used library (published brand colors team file) when I create another element.
It wasn’t like this before, and it is causing a lot of wasted time.

For others who may encounter a similar issue, here’s a workaround that can help: " it’s possible that the main library you were looking for was listed at the top, prior to the release of the UI Kits. Now that those have been added to Figma, you’re seeing those are options to choose from, along with the library you were originally using.
That said, if you’re an admin on the team where the file is located, you can disable global UI Kits by following the steps listed in this Help Center article: Manage access to UI Kits"
