Greetings ! We need your support on the below query,


Currently we subscribed Professional plan with 15 US$ + TAX - 17.2 US$.

While reviewing different plan as per your site, we want to understand for Organization plan.

If we go for Organization plan with US$- 45 per month, than It would allow us to add multiple user without any charge or it would charge as per addition of the team member?


This is our main query. kindly help us to understand the plan.


Special note : We already filled out the form to contact sales, this is third week we do not received any communication from FIGMA SALES team , ever same content we sent on email as well, but no reply.


Hence we are trying to get the help from this community forum.

Hello There, Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in the Organization plan.


Your subscription cost is based on your chosen plan for the team/org and the number of paid seats in that team/org. Users with this paid seat can edit files they’ve been given to access to.


Even if you upgrade to the Organization plan, charges will apply for users assigned paid seats. However, users who only require viewer access can be assigned free seats.

I see in the plugin’s description that you can use this plugin with a Starter or Professional plan:
 

  • FREE version includes up to 10 imports every 30 days
  • PRO plan

The html.to.design PRO plan helps us to continually improve the plugin and make its transformations of much higher quality. This plan is designed for professionals and includes: 

  1. Unlimited imports
  2. High-resolution images
  3. Multiple URLs or .h2d files at once
  4. Re-import URLs in one click
  5. Premium support
  6. HTML hover component mapping


In order to active your plan in the Professional plan, you can find the guidance from their website directly. You can follow the steps here: https://html.to.design/docs/pro-plan 
 

How to upgrade to PRO

  1. In Figma, click “upgrade to PRO” in the top right corner of the plugin.
  2. A dialog will open where you can enter your payment details and complete your purchase directly in Figma.
  3. Restart Figma to start enjoying your PRO subscription!

Figma is unable to accept Indian or Russian-based credit cards at this time. If you’re using an Indian or Russian-based card, please get PRO for teams for a single user.
