You are not alone. There are many posts of the same issue today. This happens every year when Config launches and Figma makes updates. Hopefully it will subside or if it is a bug they will fix it asap! But it is not you, and they are aware of it.
Thanks for flagging! Our product team is aware of the issue and is currently working on a fix.
We’ll update you as soon as the fix is released.
Thank you for your patience!

Hi there,
The fix is released. In this case, simple refreshing won’t fix this problem. Please check out the below and chose the right one along your case.
You can fix their prototype by:
Choosing a new Content Scaling Mode
- On Web/Desktop
- Select a new content scaling mode by opening the options menu and selecting fixed size.
- On Mobile
- Ensure the app is updated.
- Two-finger long press to change scaling mode to fixed size.
Restarting their prototype.
In Presentation View
- Close presentation view. (This will ensure they don’t have a bad URL)
- Go to the editor tab
- Refresh the editor tab
- Reopen presentation view by pressing the Play button
In Inline Viewer
- Refresh the editor page.
- Note: Restarting will NOT fix the issue. They must refresh.
On Mobile
- Ensure the App is updated.
- Close/Reopen the mobile app.
If the issue persists, please try again in a few minutes.
Thanks for your understanding,
Toku
Thanks everyone! It’s already been fixed.
Fixed for you maybe but prototyping in Figma is completely broken and has been for a long time. I spend days tweaking a prototype and everything works fine, then suddenly everything stops working and i need to manually move everything 1px and undo and that somehow magically fixes things? what a joke.
