My plugin was approved
I have restarted Figma. My team mates also cannot view the plugin through search, so not just me.
Is there something specific that needs to be set up to allow for searches? I published it just as usual
No, nothing specific needs to be done. In this case reach out to Figma support.

It’s probably an issue on the Figma’s side. The same thing happened to my plugin Master years ago. They fixed it quickly after I reached out.
