I’m currently locked out of my main Figma account because the email linked to it was changed without my knowledge. As a result, I can’t log back in, and all my projects are inaccessible.
I reached out to Figma support 2 days ago, but I haven’t heard back. This is starting to impact my work, and I’m really concerned about losing access to my projects. I’m posting this from a different account just to reach out to the community and see if anyone else has dealt with something similar.
Has anyone had success in getting this resolved? How long does support usually take to respond in situations like this? Any advice would be appreciated—hoping someone from Figma sees this and can help.
