Hi all, I could not find a way to implement the “copy to Figma” feature on my website Notable examples: https://www.flowbase.co/ , https://figmacomponents.com/ I checked components with clipboard inspector and also tried to replicate the same components on the website, but nothing works. Hi, help me to understand the problem. I’ve been using Figma for 2 years and today I signed up for “FIGMA FOR EDUCATION” from this link Figma for Education | Free Tools for the Classroom. Upon completion when I entered all the data, my FIGMA completely cleared, all drafts, working projects disappeared somewhere and they are nowhere to be found … Even my saved plugins are gone… Please help me to sort out this problem, how can I get back everything I had for 2 years of work with FIGMA? P.s. I still have saved links to my projects where I was the creator and now I can not edit anything in them, I am now in my own projects observer

How can I get my emails looked at and responded to in a timely manner? Im awaiting a refund of over $11000 since March - 4 months later despite saying its been resolved I am no further forwards. My tickets get closed after providing information, it takes days and days to get any email support. Emily was the customer service person dealing with this. Hey guys, I did research and unfortunately couldn’t find a solution for this issue. My problem: I’m using auto-layout for everything and try to build my components as responsive as possible. Unfortunately Figma has some really really weird behaviors regarding responsive design. In this case I have a Wrapper which has a fixed height and I want to make everything inside adapting to it’s size so therefore be fill-container. Inside that wrapper I have a second wrapper which contains two boxes. The second wrapper is fill-container (works) and then I want to have the boxes fill-container as well, but Figma says “No, no, buddy, not so fast. I’ll give you some trouble here.”… and sets the height automatically to fixed-height. Whatever I try it forces the height of the two boxes to be fixed. I added a video to visualize it. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

I want to dynamically set the width of a component instance based on other instances. So I have a column based table, and cell heights in the columns may vary. So all cells that belong in the same row must be automatically set to one height based on a single cell - can that be possible? Another scenario with the same table component is that I have a frame with columns that scrolls horizontally and one column that doesn’t scroll which is fixed to the right edge of the scrollable frame with absolute position (not part of auto layout) but this fixed column could be of variable widths. The right padding of the frame must be linked to the width of the fixed column so that when a different variant of the column is selected, the padding can match exactly the new width of the fixed column and no content from the scrollable frame is lost

Whenever I try to add shapes or text to a frame/non-frame section with custom options with Auto Layout, it clips to the side and glitches out. I’m trying to add vertical padding to the top of my footer so the section next to it can have some differentiation. A video of what I’m talking about is below. app.screencastify.com

Hello Everyone, I’m an amateur because I’ve just started Figma. I want to ‘export’ certain parts of a Header file but there is no hiding as seen in the photo. Hotkey ctrl+shift+H also doesn’t work.

This has been a repetitive topic, but I wanted to share my personal experience. I have visual and cognitive impairment that keeps me from processing anything clustered, lacking contrast, simply tiny. My eyes have to dwell for a long time on a single point to process it; otherwise everything looks blurred and irrelevant. I used Figma for the last 5 years without an issue, until the recent beta update. I had to revert it immediately, because my brain couldn’t “read” anything. I think this could be just common method for everyone, but I use a digital interface via 1. Quick scanning of color difference, 2. Recognition of features, 3. Remembering the position of each feature. More decorations and complications means longer time to process.

Guys. I can’t figure out why it creates a space inside the text field, as if it were a top and bottom padding. Why does this happen, and how do I eliminate this space? Example With the text tool, I click and create a text. The text has a space at the top and bottom.
