I’m logged in with a student account, but it’s still limited like a starter account (e.g., only 3 pages per draft, and a maximum of 3 drafts per project). When I try logging in again as a student on Figma, it confirms that I’m already using a student account, but the limitations persist. How can I resolve this?
I’ve also tried reaching out to the Figma team by email, but I received a response indicating that, as a starter account, I can only use the forum or help center for support. This prevents me from resolving the issue. Is there any other way to fix this?

I took a look at the back end, and I can confirm that you successfully validated your account as a student.
Keep in mind that access to Professional features are only available to you through the team you chose to upgrade to Professional. You are the owner of this student team: ë¡œë ˆì•Œì½”ë¦¬ì•„ ê³µëª¨ì „
Please ensure you’ve selected this team in the left sidebar from the ⌄ icon in the left sidebar to ensure you’re creating any new drafts and files with access to your Professional features.
