I'm getting charged on a monthly plan but I have a annual subscription

I have an annual subscription for FigJam that I paid $36 on january. But for some reason I got an extra charge for $15 for a monthly subscription.

I just use Figma for the FigJam for my studies. I’m getting a little concerned since I can’t find a way to cancel the monthly subscription.

Can someone help? I’m not getting an answer from Figma’s support and I don’t have the money to pay it every month…

I also haven’t subscribed for anything extra, it just happened. Out of a sudden Figma charged me for something I haven’t ordered…

Same I’m facing this issue since this morning, On March 18, 2024, I purchased professional annual plan and after exactly one month, I’m facing this payment issue


I have the same problem, and need to fix this as fast as possible!
