All of my HDFC credit cards are being declined for payment. I have successfully made payments using the same credit card until last month, but now Figma is not accepting the card. Has anyone else faced this issue? Can anyone help?

Hey there, I’m sorry to hear you’re also experiencing issues with the payment.
After checking internally, we found that recurring payments in Figma will trigger a one-time 3DS mandate for verifying the payment in USD. However, we’ve found that HDFC banks don’t accept USD mandates, which can cause the payment not launching properly or not recognize the payment amount, as you’ve encountered.
I recommend using a different credit card that isn’t associated with HDFC bank. Additionally, feel free to contact our support team directly for further assistance for your specific case here.
Our Engineering team are aware of this specific issue and are investigating ways to improve this experience. We don’t expect this type of error with cards from other issuing banks, as other customers have reported back to us that they’ve been successful by switching their card.
