Hi! When I work, my laptop is connected to the network, but it says that I am working offline and the saves are not displayed and the Figma tabs do not open. How to fix it?

is it happening on browser, desktop app or both?
As a first quick check, if this is limited to only the desktop app and not another supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), please Clear the Figma desktop app cache and check if this helps?
If not, in general you’ll see connection errors like this when a network security app like a VPN, is blocking traffic to our server, and we’d recommend you add our domain (*.figma.com) to the safe lists in your network security apps, as shown in our Troubleshooting checklist and Adjust your network settings, or ask your IT admins for their assistance if this is a shared network or managed device.
If you’re not connecting through any network security apps, so we can be sure there isn’t any unexpected issue causing this error, I’d appreciate if you can check if you’re able to load Figma in a different supported browser than you usually use (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)?
