I have checked my organization settings and the AI features are turned on but they are not in the toolbar of any of my organization or my admin account. Surely, since we pay THOUSANDS of dollars per year; our account should have this feature already during the release?


Am I missing something?


My UI/UX team members are asking me about these features and I dont know what to tell them or when I can tell them they will be available, if they are not available already.


Which I would find hard to believe that our account(s) would not have this available already with the amount we pay to Figma annually for this service.


Please tell me I am missing something and help me get this feature turned on for my team.

Hey @DeV_Global_LLC, thank you for reaching out, and I truly understand how frustrating and confusing this situation must be, especially given how much your organization invests in Figma. I can assure you that your feedback is heard and appreciated.


Right now, Figma AI is in a limited beta, and access is being rolled out gradually to teams. Unfortunately, we can’t manually add users to the beta, but please rest assured that access will be available to everyone over the coming months. Once your team is eligible, you’ll receive an in-app notification with details about how to get started.

If you received a notification, I recommend double-checking your teams in the sidebar (under the team picker) to ensure none of your teams already have access. The AI features are enabled on a team-by-team basis, so it’s worth confirming if they might be available in a specific team space.

Does this mean that even if the AI toggle is enabled in the Admin Settings, AI features may not be available for all teams? Is there a way to check in the Admin Panel which teams have AI features enabled?
