Export Disabled Problem

I have the same Problem, but we can not get it to work. I am an external was invited to a team. My Licence is Developer, the Team Admin tried to do as described but the checkbox is greyed out and i can not copy or export any SVG Files from the document. It says “These Settings won’t apply to the 2 Team Members … who currently have access. The Advanced Setting is greyed out. 

What should we do in this case?
