I am getting this error when I install Figma and open it from the shortcut after installation.

As a workaround, can you try to un-install and download the desktop app again from our website: https://www.figma.com/downloads/ to see if that helps? If not, please reach out directly to the support team and indicate the laptop specs here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Our technical team can take a look at it.


In the meantime, we recommend using Figma in the web browser. Hoep this helps!


Thanks Celine for the prompt reply. As we are trying to install it on enterprise mac books, it would not be possible to allow users to download it because of security reasons. Where can we get the full installable package so that it does not go on the download mode.
