I am having this issue too. Any solves for this?

Same here. Shortcuts that were created in. MacOS system preferences stopped working all of a sudden. I had the same issues as the original poster described; only some shortcuts would work. But the ones that did, worked consistently. But none of them work now.

It would be extremely helpful if these were to work again. I try to keep my shortcuts the same between all of my prototyping tools for faster workflows. This is a huge bummer.

Same here, it’s the only application that overrides my system shortcuts.

Absolutely agree. How is it even possible. There is an existing MacOS functionality, which perfectly works for bunch of apps / for bunch of people. Why blocking that?? 
I can understand why Figma wouldn’t have customize shortcuts in their own app. I can understand why Figma would suggest default shortcuts for new users as FIGMA thinks better. But I cannot see why it shouldn’t be possible for existing users to map their custom shortcuts with System Preferences of MacOS or third-party app. Let people do what they want… It reminds me of the worst = Adobe.
