CTRL+SHIFT+K not working

I am having a problem. In the new UI, or it’s just a new bug. The short cut key to import images CTRL+SHIFT+K not is not working on my Desktop Figma version.

Hi there! Are you in Window or Mac?

If you are in mac, can you please try COMMAND+SHIFT+K? It is working on my end (both desktop app and browser).

In your Figma desktop app, please also check if your desktop app is updated by clicking in the top-right corner ‘Figma’ > Check for Updates…

Also, I’d recommend you to force-quit, and clear out the cache to see if that helps. You can follow the steps on this article:

    Perfect, it didn't have any updates but Reload Tabs fixed it!

      Do you know if you have your customer keyboard conflict? Could you try the troubleshooting below too?

      • Close any Figma tabs you're not using
      • Browser: Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.
      • Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.
