Hi there,
I have the same problem – my university discontinued their old mailing system. I do not have access to the old mail. The Figma support that we can reach via the link you posted answered me that they don’t offer email support to me because I am not on an “Pro, Org, or Enterprise plan”. I am on an Education Plan at the moment. Is a university an “Org”?
What should I do?

Hey @Lisa Kern, thank you for reaching out! Regarding your question “Is a university an “Org”?”, with Org we are referring to the Organization plan and you’re currently on the education plan and not the Organization plan, but I am here to help you out!
I understand you cannot log in to account under your old email address. Do you happen to have emails from your old email address forwarded to the new email address? If so, I recommend to reset your password so that you can surpass the Google single sign on login to access your Figma account, and then update your email address as needed.
If your emails are not forwarded, I can create a follow up support ticket from your current ticket that got closed (#1247831). What support can do is start the process to manually update your Figma account email address. After the change of the email address of the account, you can log in, and move the files in the account to your new account. For this process they’ll need to verify your ownership of the account.

Okay, totally makes sense with the Organization Plan, got it.
No, I can log in to my Figma account using my old mail address, I’d just like to change this old address to the new one I got assigned from my University. That I can’t do, as it says “Managed by Google” instead of “Change email address”. Like in the first post of this thread by the user greentea: it’s the same.
Edit: Will try to change my pw though. Maybe that works
