Buttons visible via header

Hello,

I created a fixed header. If I scroll through my prototype, buttons with “over hovering” are also displayed in the header bar, which is not supposed to be the case. How can I solve this? You can see the problem in the pictures, in picture 2 the mouse cursor was removed because it is an SC.
