Who else is trying to find where the corner radius is in Figma Slides?
The problem is sometimes it’s there, but sometimes not… 😰
It is definitely a bug, I had to quit Figma and re-open it in order to see the corner-radius section. It was completely missing.
Hey All, thanks for flagging this!
We’ll pass this onto the Slides team to investigate. In the meantime, glad to hear that quitting/refreshing should fix temporarily.
Thanks for the swift response!
FYI I’m having the same bug with other functionalities too: for example, some minutes ago I couldn’t see the “layout grid” panel to adjust the guides, I tried switching back to Slides mode and then back again to Design mode to see the panel again. It also happened with the “Appearance” panel this morning, I couldn’t see it and regulate opacity, then closing and opening Figma again did the trick.
You’re welcome, @EmilyMoze!
Sorry to hear this is happening with other functionalities as well. I’ll pass this onto the team to try to repro and fix.
I have the same issue 😦
I closed app and open again. But it didn’t work.
Thanks for chiming in, @nanacodesign!
I’ll pass along this feedback to the team that closing and re-opening Figma is no longer helping the issue.
Also cant find the corner radius. And reopen the app doesent change anything 😕 getting mad.
Sorry for the frustration, @Caio_Zafalon!
I’m following up with the team to hopefully get an update on their investigation.
Just had it happen to me as well.
Also had this happen with layout grid. It just disappears and randomly appears after 5 refreshes.
Oh damn, just noticed my layout grid was gone too.
Hey All, thanks for your patience and understanding!
The team confirmed that this bug was caused by conflicting coding logic that caused a different permutation of panels to compete with each other to be visible, affecting not only corner radius but also the layout grid panel.
Our team has developed a fix that will start being deployed later today through the end of the day tomorrow - stay tuned!
I’m sorry, but the problem is not resolved. I’m not sure what it depends on, but on some images, I can’t modify the previously set border radius.
Hey @AA13, thanks for following up!
We just tested this in Slides, and everything seems to be working as expected on our end.
Are you trying to change the corner radius for the entire image or Individual corners?
I’m not sure why this bug happens, but sometimes I just can’t change the border radius on images. I uploaded a video showing the issue to the drive. Let me know once you’ve watched or downloaded it so I can delete it.

Thanks for the video, @AA13!
Apologies for the delayed reply. Our team has been offline for the Winter Holidays, but feel free to delete the video now.
It’s hard to be sure from your video, since we cannot see your layers, but I assume that the “rectangles” that contain these images were turned into a simple vector object. If this is the case, the issue is that they are not actually rectangles, just vector objects.
This occurs when you modify a rectangle in vector editing mode or press Cmd/Ctrl + E to flatten. Because of this, you can’t modify individual corners on a vector object. There’s a similar topic in the community that clarifies this here:
