It’d be great to be able to manage Sharing Permissions per Workspace.

Scenario:

• As an enterprise user, I’d like to be able to manage Sharing permissions on a workspace level, as well as Enterprise level.


• As an enterprise user, I’d like to set a specific workspace with “anyone with a link” and most of my other workspaces with “anyone with a link and password”.

The issue:

• When using third party tools for User Research, they require Prototype links to be opened to all (no password).


• At the moment, this is forcing us to not use the “password” protection from Enterprise since we have to run user testing with third party, recruitment tools.
