I have a collection with variable groups within variable groups. Reordering these variable groups is rather difficult. When I want to change the order of the topmost layers, dragging a group between two other groups will automatically place it inside the above group, effectively making it disappear. Would rather just reorder the top layer of groups. This means I end up having to drag each group to the top of the layers one at a time in the order I want them to be.

If I’m dragging a group between two groups, where it shows a horizontal line, it really should be placed between those two groups. Only if I place it onto a group, with the group highlighted, should it be placed inside of the group.
